I logged in to contribute.getty.com on the 20th (when they usually do their report) and instead of the report got a message that they were having technical issues and that the report would be late. Now when I try to log in, it says "sorry, your account has been disabled". Is anybody else experiencing this?

Yes, you have to use ESP now and if you can't access account management from there you have to contact esp stills help, they fixed it for me in a couple of hours.

Oh? I thought ESP was just for submitting content, not for reports. I will check there. Thank you!

You're welcome. There should be a button with account management in the upper right corner.

I knew that extra-sensory perception was the only way to find out what you had sold/earned via iStock these days, I didn't realise that those contributing to Getty actually got ESP support. I think we independents should demand it, too.

It was working yesterday and we got our sales reports. It was on the whole a miserable August and reading the Getty forum some old and heavy members seem to jump ship?

I'm actually using ESP for both.
