I upload new video to SS it was approved I get confirmation email but video is not visible only messages on SS web page. - We're sorry, this clip is no longer available

Any idea why?

I had such a message once, it was some video coding issue on their site as they told. I asked support to fix it and the problem was solved within a day or two.

Happened a lot in the last weeks, you have to wait 1-2 day and it will be fine.
My guess is that they have accepted a huge amounts of videos now as the review time went down from about 2 weeks to about half a day, and the servers cannot keep up with all the new clips.
