They totally devalued everyone's work in Dec 2018, and what was essentially (on average) a $7 sale/item (split 50-50) has now become between $0.25-$0.50/item, with the unlimited downloads. They got a short-term boost in sales - but now items are appearing on torrents, google drive sites, pirate sites, etc, etc.

I'm sure some authors (a small portion) may have seen a boost in sales, but I believe that is just short term. I think other authors that may have seen very little sales now see a small increase (but overall - less for the majority because now it is more widely distributed, as well as at a lower value).

A number of people complained, but they don't seem to care, because they went ahead and did what they felt like anyways, in spite of a very large protest.

Really the only way is to delete your portfolio, and not submit there. If a number of people did the same, then yes - I think it would stop that.

It is the same with envato elements.

Not many are prepared to download 300 GB for 1,000 clips they may not need.

From a consumer perspective, why not let the computer download for some days for "valuable, free" assets?

Unfortunately, many people seem to download whatever "free" that "might use one day" found from wherever.
I recall the days that people sold HHDs with tons of downloaded music or movies. Nowadays guess they pirate sell "assets".

Not much can be done, except watermarking everything. Being greedy is a human feature. Others fight it inside others not.

Eri independently shifts the cost to the lower side without asking the authors about it, there is no lower limit. He conducts promotions from the pockets of the authors, and then he says: you see, it will be better for you from this. But it is better only to him. He asked to write positive reviews on the Trust, to make links to the site ... and now he writes any words: do not like it - leave.

Today a buyer wrote to me that he downloaded my music for four days. He wanted to know if music was in Adrev. But the problem is different ... in the statistics this month this track was not downloaded. I uploaded it to the site two years ago. Erie does not play fair ((

I've heard many times about situations where people who download assets illegally from pirate sites have the nerve to ask the original authors for help.

Now about respecting the work of the author:
1. What is the lower price level? And why from the first month and now the price is 2 times less?
2. Why can't I protect my music in Pro or AdRev? Why should I then prove to AdRev that this is my music, and not a buyer with Motion Array?
3. Why don't you give customers a license if Motion Array has a successful stock?
4. Why are there no customer statistics? (it is not necessary to write that it is difficult! The statistics script is easy to write or install ready)
