If  it  can  get  out  of  the  gate  running  will  be  fairly  good  to  start.  Have  a  few  pics  there  and  hopefully  will  get  more.  Try  it  --  you  might  like  it.  If  not  no  harm  is  done.  Benji  seems  like  a  decent  persons.  Your  e-mails  are  answered  promptly.  So  like  i  said  -  give  it  a  try.

How many images do you have up there and how many have you sold?

I wouldn't mind uploading some images, but no IPTC extraction is a show stopper for me.

Waiting to get  out  of  the  gate isn't a a horse I want to bet on at this time. Let me know where it is when it gets to the first turn.

I uploaded the first night after the announcement over 100 images and agree with Dan that Benji is nice and decent guy. I had a question, and he sent me a personal email and some tips next day. Next morning, there were just 1,500 images online, including mine (for a brief moment in the history, my percentage in that collection was about 8% of the total).

Here are the numbers:
I priced my images between 10 and 30 Euros. There were some nice images there in a similar price range, and others in the collection were quite poor and priced at 1 Euro.
I started with about 120 views, (some bot goes through every image and sends out a tweet for each), and then every day the total view count increased by only about 10. My sales figure after a week stands at 0.

It doesn't look that after the initial surge the website is getting much traffic or maybe the buyers are looking only at the 1 Euro images.

Sorry Dan/Warren, but with Luis on this one. There is an existing thread announcing the site. New treads should at least bring new insights or has to go under the original. Keeping what belongs together in one tread makes reading posts so much easier and relevant.

Oh well, don't we all Warren (else we would have been the silent reader types)?  8)

I  take  it  that  Louis  doesn't  like  for  anyone  to  step  on  his  toes.  If  you  put  any  pics  on  there  fine  --  if  not  less  competition!
