I've recently started to upload video to Pond5 and AdobeStock (under the username filmVoyager, if anyone's interested), but neither seem to display vertical video well.

I'm assuming this is a growing segment for media viewed on phones so I'm surprised these agencies don't display them to their best advantage; iStock / Getty do.

Am I doing something wrong during the submission process to have them shown properly, or is it just a not-yet-resolved tech error for P5 and AS?

Vertical videos work fine on AS, but P5's are broken. I have uploaded a few vertical videos there and they show up in the search results until I actually check the Vertical filter and then they disappear! I have been in touch with their support and they have replicated the issue and are aware of it but are still working on it after several weeks.

I don't think anyone will buy this video.
