They isolate and make PNG stock images to distribute free of charge in their website.

What would it take for you to not have the ability to care any less?

And once again, this is why DMCA is a toothless guard dog, that doesn't even bark.

We chase, they remove, maybe. We chase, they give us the finger. They know that there's nothing that will harm them and no one will take them to court over a Microstock image. I wish there was something different. Good for the UK finally trying something that has some value for us!

You can now file an Intellectual Property Case electronically.

"If you find an infringement case in the UK and you get to the point of the infringer not paying then you can instigate court proceedings using the EFile.

I am from Croatia and know several lawyer that are specialized for copyright cases (mostly photos), that work on percentage.

Also, I know few well known photographers from here that make living from those copyright claims and they are very happy when they see their work stolen on other sites or printed on products, because they know it's certain money.

They are not microstock photographers tho but I believe if your work is stolen and offered for free it isn't much difference.

I agree.  Ask them what you can do or if you can get something back, more than what it costs to chase these robbers? That's the problem.

I dont know if this is of any help on this subject- but copytrack.com offers to claim your rights with their own lawyers.... And then keep their share if successful.

I havent had a claim yet, so I dont know if it works, but maybe its worth a try?
