As I don't know the language of the site, I'm slightly disadvantaged. I don't see a site's watermark on the version of the pears photo that comes up in the animation.
Is that person claiming copyright on your photo? If so, s/he's in the wrong. If you have any way of knowing which micro site they bought your photo from, let their support department deal with it.
If they are not claiming copyright, but just implying that it's their photo, it may be morally reprehensible, but would not generally be against the terms of use of the micros (this was discussed a month or two ago here on msg). Again, if you know which site they bought the image from, you could read the terms of usage to see if they're violating that site's terms. I guess you could have a page on your own website/blog/FaceBook/whatever pointing it out. This does appear to be not-uncommon practice, that some so-called photographers set out their site using micro-sourced images. Caveat emptor!
If they're selling your image from their site, that would probably need some sort of extended license, depending again on the site they bought it from.
