This THIEF, I guess, collect images and upload after minimal retouches like flipping and removing some parts (like mine) to build his/her portfolio.
Check your images...

I just don't get why the sites can't use something to detect these portfolios.  Is it really that difficult?  I doubt they inform buyers what's happened, because then they would have a reason to prevent it happening.  I presume they take all the money, so it could be financially beneficial for them?

And they don't care where the money comes from. The contributor or a thief, makes no difference to them.

Everyone who has anything he stole, file a complaint. Shut this down.

Some new thief with 300 vegetable isolations, faked model releases and they will soon be gone. I doubt that this one will get many downloads and the agency doesn't profit for a few misguided people. Account closed. If you have an image in this group, it means your work is outstanding.

Pick your best seller from the group, don't say what it is. How many DLs do you get a month on that image? The thief won't beat you in the search or sales, but how many do you estimate you lost on this one month crook? I always wonder how these people have no morals and think they can make payout when we find them and they are closed down.

But how much do you lose on one of these one month idiots?

I just don't see how it's legal to make money from stolen goods?  The buyer has purchased a license but is that legal because the image was stolen?  The site has taken all of the money from the buyer and the original copyright holder receives no compensation.  Do any of the sites inform the copyright holder about stolen images?  Isn't this going to end in tears for the sites one day?  When none of us can make money selling image licences, it will probably be more lucrative to try and get money back from lost earnings from these stolen images.  When our images have been stolen and sold on the same sites that could probably easily prevent this happening, I think they are taking a big risk.

There's a big advantage to having the newest upload so I expect they get quite a few downloads. Agencies should really refund the cash to the buyer or the contributor.

The buyer has been duped as they don't actually have the license they paid for. If the agency doesn't inform them and issue their money back, they should track down the genuine license holder and give them the money otherwise they are defrauding the buyer who has been conned into paying for nothing and is still under the impression they can use the images.

So DREAMSTIME got back to me and said that he is "LICENSED TO RESELL IT" and NOT in violation of copyright. what? I fired back a nasty response and we shall see. But according to DREAMSTIME, this is allowed.

Although the thief was reported to Shutterstock, After I mention the THIEF's portfolio, he/she somehow open another account

The is illegal based on the terms of SS. You cannot have two accounts.  That should be reported, too.

I encourage anyone who sees their images or knows who might be the copyright holder of those images to file a DMCA.  The arrogance of Achielles at DREAMSTIME and their support team is astonishing. Acheilles of all people (being a photographer himself) should not stand for this.

I am going to start a new DT thread so that DT is exposed for the copyright thief supporters they are.

They have always been reasonable and acheilles is also a very reasonable person. When someone blatantly and obviously steals your work and uploads it as their own you would thnk that dt and acheilles would be on that if someone files a legit dmca, which I did. But to get that kind of response is unacceptable and dt knows it.

Double account reported as well but still no action by SS :(

If that's true, we need to know what site he got the license from, so we can remove our images.

his portfolio on DT is exclusive, this probably explain why DT think that he has the rights. DT must be aware that the same images are on other sites too

One of my images is in Pincarel's Shutterstock and Dreamstime portfolios.  Glad to see Shutterstock take quick action.  I also wrote Dreamstime.

I'm wrong, I never imagined that these creeps could make that many sales in such a short time when we can't? I'd never defend them and I hope they don't make a cent. The agencies don't like this either because they want us to make that money.

Did you think that they steal low earner images?

And we have a different vision, I think (I don't say that I agree):
The agencies don't like this either because they want us to make that money

The agencies obviously aren't that bothered by this because I'm sure it would be possible to prevent it happening if they really wanted to.  If they do take all the money when they close an account like this, they're making more than they would if they had to pay the copyright holder.  It's hard to think of any other reason why they don't do more to stop people selling stolen images on their sites?

I think it depends to the fact that the major part of the stolen portfolio is marked as exclusive on DT, so their search engine push the stolen images up in search results. I agree with you... most of them are creep  ;D
