Great addition to PSM , cannot wait to try the new version. However when put my Panthermedia username and password on PSM my credentials coudl not be verified. I can log on on their website normally

OK has anyone else run the latest update and PSM stopped working, no Upload > Agencies when I click it, no Upload > Statistics. Nothing happens since last week. Or is it just my computer?

Yep, same problem here. Cannot access the agencies and do get statistics but SS has no info for weeks.
Looks like it's broken 

I had that problem when it did the update and went over to the Prostockmaster blog. It said to redownload the software if you had that issue. I redownloaded and stats and agencies are back.

I understand the SS issues, that's out of the control of PSM, but when I get a update on demand and it breaks the software, I'd think that the author would do something more than post a note on the blog. Also the support email address on the website is broken.

Don't get me wrong. I wouldn't be complaining if I didn't like ProStockMaster.  If it was junk, I'd just delete it and forget about it, but I like the way it checks stats.

Thanks for the help. I downloaded the new version from the website, installed it, and checked my sales.

I bought the program a few years back and I love it!  I reformated my computer and lost the program.  I contact the company via live chat and WOW they where great at getting me back up and running!  Thanks Prostockmaster!

This software looks pretty good but I tried to use the free trial and it doesn't upload. It just doesn't work. The SS says uploaded but doesn't ever show up. The DT says uploaded but also never showed up and if IS was one of the selected sites the program would just hang there forever until I killed the upload. Two emails to support have been ignored. It's too bad. I was going to buy it but am sort of put off now.

So, if support reads this forum...please help me and maybe sell another copy of your software.

I have same problem but with Deepmeta, support can not help  much with this problem...
They told me that problem is in type of firewall or antivirus program...


Prostockmaster works fine to me...

hmmm, firewall on the sites? I use a mac and don't run virus software or firewalls.

I think there was a change recently with the ShutterStock API, this returns the download data statistics, they introduced 'Captcha' so automated services cannot access the data.

This should not effect uploads but would stop the statistics, this also goes for Istock as well as they have done some recent changes to stop third party companies from accessing the API services.

Yeah, Shutterstock, istock and dreamstime doesn´t work anymore (API-Reason) all other agencies working fine.

As real time statistics are not available it would not stop FTP uploads, does this really devalue the product, maybe a browser plug-in or something could be designed by ProStock to collect the data when you login to the website.
As the problem is the captcha on the website do the statistics update if you log into SS, IS or DT first and then run the update stats for that service in ProStock?

If you purchace PSM will it stop working after 1 year, or do you just not get updates and tech support?  Can I get the $29.99 3 month basic version, then keep using it for as long as I want?  I would assume the functionality of it is the same as the pro version.

I tried the free version and liked it. So purchased the full Pro version. Never received an activation code email. I read on site that they have a 24x7 customer email service. Also said I will receive a reply within 3 hours. So...I sent an email and waited....and waited....and waited. Then sent another email. Two days later I am still waiting. They have charged my credit card. I just hope when they finally get back to work that the Pro version starts from when I enter the activation code and not from when they charged me....

Received activation code from David today along with apology...seems anti-spam filtering. I am uploading to several sites as i right this...so it's working just fine   

I tried PSM out for the first time tonight. It has promise, but sadly, for some reason, it doesn't give me the option to upload most of my files. 

That is, for most files, no sites are listed in the box at the bottom of the main app window. Though it does list them for a few files, so I know it works sometimes.

Very odd; has anyone encountered this, by any chance?

Only works for images that have been keyworded.

I should have mentioned, all my images are keyworded (in the IPTC data). Whatever the problem is, I can't see anything different between those few that it shows the site list for, and those it doesn't.

They have a "LiveChat" service at PSM. Does take a while for them to reply though.
I'm not having many problems uploading to 7 sites a day. Sometimes it won't connect to a site, but I just try it after doing rest of sites and goes through on second go.
Saving me a lot of time.

I use the trial version of PSM and have had the same thing (or something similar) happen.  Try clicking on "Upload," select "Stock Agencies."  That will bring up the list of agencies.  If all are already selected (check marked) click "OK."  Or, select the agencies you upload to, then select OK.

Hope that fixes your problem.
