I have had two DLs but the downloaded images are not showing, nor is the count. Has anyone the same experience?

Things at istock have been messed up for the past couple of months. I have not experienced this, but a week or so ago I was cruising ports and some of the thumbnails were missing.

I did get this from IS last week, apparently another issue they are having:

I don't really even know where this subscription sale came from. Leftover from StockXpert? Leftover from the time my photos were on Thinkstock, even though I opted out and they shouldn't have been there? Other subscriptions that are being sold at IS that I don't even know about? I didn't even have the energy to send support an email and ask, since it was only 19 cents. Sigh.

I picked up around $10.00 in my account yesterday and they're not in my D/L list. I think it is from the "Partner" sites and I never know the details.
