Are you sure that filessets disappears? Maybe it is fileset scrollbar on some wrong position. Please try to scroll the bar to upper and lower position to see if this will solve it.

This is probably the same issue as the last files sold not being displayed correctly

Full update solve statistics problem for the last 10-15 days now I will see if the stats update will work on the following period. Yes filessets disappear it is not a wrong scroll bar position, there is no scroll bar at all. I will send you a print screen. I still have errors in updates of stats, next update i will send you error report.

Aftre new year has come, MA is not working well at all. I have some silly numbers for this and last year and every time I update stats, numbers are different. I tried full update too and I got a bigger mess in numbers. What is going on Andrey?

Numbers for iStock are way off right now because of Partner Program stats. It doesn't show most of the PP sales. I'm working on update.

It is not PP I have very few files there and it is a few bucks per month. Here I am speaking in thousands. I still can't see my Getty sales in MA.

Today released version 1.6.3 with error fixes for iStock. Please try this one. Do you see correct data on iStock website My Uploads page?

I send an "automatic report" ( a new one ). I'm still getting "error updates" over Istock. Check it.

On "My uploads page" stats are ok, but i think that is something about PP sales.

It didn't solve problem. Here is print screen of two graphs from MA and IS site. Ok IS didn't yet updated last two days but you can see the difference. IS is showing about $200 more than MA and IS still don't have last two days on graph. There are correct data on My Uploads page.

Thanks for error reports. I'm working on fix for this error. In meanwhile please don't use force force update for iStock as it might increase difference between stats.

Just dl this program. Tried my 123rf account but it keeps telling me incorrect login/password. I also didnt get any field to fill in the captcha. I got version 1.6.3.0

After last update  1.6.4.0 I can't even see any new numbers in the chart neither the bars. Last date I can see is 9th of January.

Correction, it is not connected to the specified date it is connected to the last database update date. I am using it on 2 comps and on this one last date with bar is January 11. Summary is not accurate too and it is changing somehow after every update.

Version 1.6.5 is out with fixes for iStock. It fixes problems with full update and new stats for iStock.

Check your \Documents\Microstock Analytics folder there should be several database backups. First copy a whole folder in new location. Then check for MA_Database Backup XXX.dat files. The file that has bigger size will have all your data. Rename it to MA_Database.dat. Please let me know how this worked out for you.

How did this happen?

Ok, I will try this when I get back in studio. I turned on my comp, started MA and it said that database is wrong and offered me to create new and send error report to you. I backed up whole folder and let it send you error report and pull all data again. Could you add a feature that I can exclude checking PP sales? There is a bunch of errors in it and I am not interested in PP sales especially when they are updated only once at month.

When fetching data from Istock I see something like "Updating Partner Sales xxx/760". What actually means that numbers?

It is a page count. I believe there is 20 Partner sales per page on iStock.

Released version 1.6.6:
- Added Fotolia stats validation and reprocessing in case of mismatching stats. This should help with Fotolia stats error if there are any
- Sort by Similarity mode. In this mode only pairs of very similar photos are displayed. This helps a lot when gruoping idential files that are not grouped automatically. Thanks to heywoody for suggestion.
- Added Revenue vs. File Count mode for the chart at the bottom of the screen. Works only in Line graph mode. Helps to analyze revenues vs portfolio size numbers.
- Filter by Agency. Located in the same dialog as File Type filter and allows to display only files and earnings from one or more sites.

Hmmm... On PP page, I have 20 images per page, almost 15 pages. Still not figuring how it get to more than 700 ( this month almost 900 ).

Anyway with 1.6.7.0 i'm getting the following error ( report sent ):
