Are DT servers having Easter break too?  ;D

tab62

Yes, I have a quite a few myself. Editors deserve a day off once in a while LOL!

The files aren't making it through to the edit queue though, stock at the pre processed stage for about 24 hours now!

Some are making it through....but thumbnails aren't being generated, just code numbers....

But sending anything up at the moment doesn't seem a good idea for me - I remain invisible to the new search system so will wait...

FTP upload to DT is not working for me.

The Java upload worked fine for me throughout the weekend but, like everyone else, the images stayed in the processing stage. Good news is mine are now starting to show up in the submit area (Monday morning, UK time). Just put the first ones through for review. Regards, David.

I don't understand a lot of things about Dreamstime  ::)

I sent a batch by FTP friday afternoon and they still haven't been processed yet.

They do say allow 15 to 30 minutes for the images to appear though.

SS seems to have this problem sometimes too, although they usually go through within a day.

I submitted a batch on Saturday and they were just processed this morning, so they are going through just taking a while.

My Friday batch was processed on Monday.

They rejected the whole batch, because their servers didn't process the newly uploaded MR correctly. And now I can't even resubmit since the files haven't been processed for 2 days. I can't believe a whole batch of photos has been rejected and the won't be online for at least a week and they acknowledged the problem with MR was their fault. Now I really can't understand them :o

I uploaded a batch yesterday that still hasn't processed.  It seems that processing and sales have both come to a halt.   ???

They are coming through steadily at about the 24hour mark. Just check carefully as I had two batches come through with a duplicate image. Caught myself, just in time, about to submit the same image twice (though I guess their similars policy would have dealt with that ;D). Regards, David.
