You mean they actually didn't grab back the money? Am I reading it right? Anyone else get this?

Maybe simply they didn't pay you so there was nothing to remove...

hmm now that sounds like it might be correct 

I hope this doesn't mean they've got to 100% discounts  Don't know why someone would ask for a refund if they didn't pay anything though.  Surely if they were covering the cost, they would let us know, it would be a positive thing for contributors for a change.
