In the latest update:

+ ShutterStock support improved, the program now takes care about slow FTP processing on ShutterStock.
The program does not remove EPS without JPGs if ShutterStock reports there are some. Instead, it resets submit timer and tries to submit again later, allowing ShutterStock to complete processing of vector images.
The submit process may take way longer due to this change, but it should become more stable.
It is recommended to turn off Automatic FTP processing in ShutterStock settings, if this option is enabled, ShutterStock produces corrupted files sometimes.

+ Added limitations for simultaneous FTP uploads for each individual agency. Default is 2.

In the latest update:

+ Minimal license price for fotolia is now being set to its maximum.
+ Fixed an error causing missing releases on files submitted to shutterstock with new releases attached to them.
+ Fixed depositphotos balance update problem.
+ Submit checkboxes are no longer unchecked automatically after connection error.

Im getting errors in several sites, shutterstock, veer, stockfresh, mostphotos...
More of them are connection time out, time exceded...

If you are experiencing any "Connection timed out" or same errors, make sure your antivirus/firewall/router aren't blocking program from accessing the network.

yes antivirus is very necessary it for the security of any system!!!

Well, user experience is more important.

But anyway, you need to make sure antivirus/firewall software is not blocking the program from using the network, because otherwise the program obviously can not connect to stock sites to upload and submit your images.

This function can be set by the user any antivirus have this setting of changing the block effect.

Shutterstock seems to screw up the uploaded image; IPTC data is not uploaded.

Try to turn off "Automatic FTP processing" in ShutterStock settings.

Can it fill in releases and keywords etc. (once the images are approved) or does it just submit the images for review?

I tried uploading to Alamy this morning but the program just flickers once but doesn't do anything.  The other sites are uploading fine.

Mind describing it in skype more detailed?
