Apparently I have zero sales and am a level 1 contributor with no uploads.

Just had the same problem, and also then was asked to login and repeatedly told my password was incorrect. I changed it for safety sake.

I notice now, that when I go to check Downloads, I am being asked to agree to a new Contributor Agreement before proceeding. Just checking it through now......

Ploink

Could not login, changed my password, still can't login...

Dan

     No  problems  here.

kuriouskat

Hmmmm, not sure what is going on. as the agreement appears to be dated from February 2012

BaldricksTrousers

Seems to have stablised now.

Hi All,

Not to worry, it's probably a temporary database hiccup. It's all ok now.

;)

Not quite Alex. Could log in up to 4 hours ago. Now my login is not recognized.

THP Creative

Yep, my account just went to zero - no uploads, no portfolio, no nothing. Then it kicked me to the homepage.

Somethings up!

The temporary database hiccup is back in force. Maybe it's more of a glitch in the matrix? :o

Tantoon

Same here, level 1; missed up earning history, lot's of other strange things!

CD123

Can log in again. History seems OK.

Angel

Hey All,

Our IT personnel has rectified and fixed the issue. You may login now.

Please PM me if you encounter the same issue again.

FTP not working for me

tab62

I lost my model releases as well...

jatrax

No FTP for two days now.  I used the web uploader and that seems to have worked.  No releases on this batch though.

Ron

My images have been stuck in the queue for about two weeks now. Model released images have been reviewed within a day or so. The rest just sits there dying a slow death

That is contributor support... no comment. A big + for 123RF... the best communication with the suppliers in the industry. Regardless the problem i had whit the agency/site/images was fixed in 2-3 hours max.  ;D ;)

Keep up the good work... and don't forget (like many others agencies) that we (the contributors) keep your business running.

Ron

I am happy you are happy with their support. For me all that counts is $$$, and in that department they didnt do themselves any favors by lowering the royalties.

dbvirago

Yeah, can't connect via FTP. If site is wonky, not going to bother with web uploader

estike

Weird  :o No FTP, no review, no sales for me

Angel

Hey All,

Our IT team has rectified and fixed the issue. You may re-upload your images via FTP.

Please PM me if you encounter the same issue again.

Cheers,
Anglee
