Functionality of site is one thing but it seems like they never test usability. Why in heck I have to to do multiple clicks just to see something?

1. I am thinking that processing of FTP uploads should be fully automated with usage of current processing queue. Right now I have to click Upload-> Photos (JPG) radio -> Continue button -> FTP settings / Check Upload FTP Results -> Continue button - I hereby warrant that the photos check box -> Click here to process button. 7 clicks!!!
2. Then if I want to attach releases I have to click More link -> Releases button just to get to selection. Why Referral link is more important that Releases.

While 123rf has been very easy to work with over the years, the problem is getting to be pretty annoying and I can't understand why it would be so difficult to fix.

Still broken big time!!!!!

What was the easiest is now a RPITA and not worth a dam!!!!!

This is what I get after waiting for 15 minutes for a file that is a 15MP image yet seconds before as I was copying this it had originally said 11 minutes for the status.

And this is just 1 image !!!!!!!

Pretty dam bad.

Anyone from 123 want to explain when this will be fixed and back to normal is this the crap we are going to have to deal with from now on!!!!!!

If you are expecting a response from 123RF I'd first address them with a little more politeness.  Yes it appears broken, yes it's a pain but one doesn't have to be rude about it.

And FTP is super broken!

I am sorry to hear you're having a hard time with our system.

Can I ask you to send us your files via email and allow us to upload them into your FTP folder and do the processing in an attempt to experience the problem that you are experiencing?

We have managed to improve the robustness of the system but I guess it is still not functioning as perfectly as we want it to be. Please email your files to [email protected] and we'll try our very best to help you out.

For those of you who are having problems, please do email us and we will investigate things further.

Upload just worked for me....

123RF - I sent them an email about the uploading problem - i.e. not working with Filezilla.  Got a very prompt message back.  I can't find anything except on this site about the wait and for how long  they are "disabling queueing of files until further notice".
I am a newbie on the 123rf site - so I don't want to make 'waves'.
This was their reply......

Hi there,

Thank you for your email.

We regret to inform that we will disable queueing of files to process until further notice.  This due to our new system which has just recently been implemented, once all the technical glitches have been sorted, uploads will be much more stable and faster.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Hello!

I can verify that we have not disabled our FTP. It is now up and working.

We have also re-enabled our old processing scripts so that when activated it will send the all files in your FTP for processing. You should no longer have any error 404s. This was done to accommodate the automated apps that triggers the processing scripts to us.

Yesterday I had the huge surprise to see the ftp upload working!!!!
Ergonomic of the site is always a pain by the way...

Been working ok, but half files yesterday and all files today: Failed to complete processing - JPG copy of file is corrupted

Yep, many corrupted files. They must have changed the image processor.

A week since anyone at 123 checked in here

I stopped uploading for several reasons, but the way this is going I am not even going to make an attempt in uploading there. How long does it take to fix something? They break it over night though, thats no problem. Same story as over at Istock.

Today I submitted 5 eps images and 5 jpgs to 123RF and it seems to have succeeded perfectly, no problems. And I like the new interface.

I'm not sure what happened to 123 but after 2 years of growth my sales are about 80% lower then normal on 123 this month. I even woke up to -4.90  this morning. I can't help but think these problem messed things up on 123....or maybe like everyone has been telling me 123 is just not that good. 123 is my lowest earner so far this month......lowest by far.

Everything worked fine for me today also

i got one file to load a few days ago and weill see what happens now and go from there!

If it still doesn't work then I will send the unuploadable file to them so they can try on their side.

It is getting worse. Today almost everything got corrupted. No other agency has problems with my files it maybe they got some sort of hardware failure?
