is there any way to download 1042-S for 2103 on Fotolia?

or should i rely on "withholding amount" yearly total in stats?

I asked support about this and they told me that I should "pull the total from my profile". Which is a bit surprising since I used to get a 1042-S from Fotolia. I received the answer from UK Fotolia, so If for some reason they started to handle the transactions under UK law shouldn't they stop withholding taxes?
