i try but not working. said to me there is not error to be send. now I try without ftp force setting. also The software said to me there is not enought space on my hard drive but this is false I have enought space.

Can you post a screenshot of the error message about free space?

Regarding shutterstock FTP, they're experiencing problems with the FTP according to another topic on this forum. I hope they'll fix it soon.
You can try HTTP upload meanwhile.

Well this code is asked by the recaptcha at shutterstock website to log in. We can't do much about it.
Normally it should be automatically solved but if it couldn't three times in a row it'll ask you for it.
You won't need to enter it again once you'll enter it successfully once.
So keep trying to enter it correctly and eventually you'll get in.

I am the only one to have some dificulties to send release with the submut now ? I have to clic ofter on it to send info and some info on photo dont want to be send...

some of me uploading photo wont be upload. For exemple when i upload 23 photo that stop at 21 and when i try to upload info and release the submit bottom stop uploading without reason.

Submission is possible only when images appear on the agency website.
If they didn't, the program can't do anything about that.

+ It is now possible to specify which agencies to upload release to.

I used to be able to upload to Vectorstock despite their 30 keywords limit, and the images would get accepted even though they had 30+ keywords. The keywords would be trimmed on Vectorstock's end. Now, it's become impossible to upload because Stocksubmitter says I don't meet the requirements.

I don't feel like deleting keywords from my files solely for Vectorstock, so could you perhaps not make it a requirement?

Refresh folder after enabling it and files will be ready to upload

After updating Stocksubmitter, I'm getting this error all the time,
"The program was not able to save metadata into some of the files: File XXXXXXX: Writing metadata failed: Index was outisde the bounds of the array."

Any idea what's causing the problem?

I'm aware of this problem and working on the fix.
Most likely I already have an example of file that reproduces your exact problem, but you can send any of files you're experiencing problems with to e-mail [email protected] to make sure I can reproduce and fix your problem among other similar.

+ Most of the issues with the new metadata writing system are fixed.

If you are still experiencing any of those issues:
- getting error messages like "Unable to save metadata...";
- getting your images corrupted after metadata save;
- getting images stuck in "LOADING" state when opening folder in StockSubmitter;
Then please send an example of the problematic file to [email protected]
It is impossible to fix these issues without file samples!
