Ouch.  At least she was only walking and not driving.  She would be eligible for a Darwin award if she had gotten herself killed.  It would be a shame if this is blamed on the railroad but you are probably right about that.

You just know she did this on purpose and that there will be a pending lawsuit blaming the RR company for some god almighty reason!

She's a winner, all right! I can't believe that there are 8 pedestrians or vehicles struck by trains every day!!!

On another note, my brother works for that train company.
