I use both new and old apps but for a couple of days the old one is not working (iPhone 5s).

Anyone else?

i think he means mobile site for contributors, i have also problems sign in.

Yes, trying to access the web based app gives me "error occurred" and kicks me back to the previous page.

I solved this problem now. Just add again new http link "submit.shutterstock.com/mobile/" Work now for me.

I have 3 mobile apps. The new one (contributor) works fine,
the old one, contributor too, and which i liked more probably in process of changes. They added checkbox "i am not a robot" and captcha. But after login ok ecran didn't show. Looks like they did not abandon it, but continue to do something.
The third one for search works normally.

It doesn't work for Android Lollipop  It is a Shutterstock problem. See the screenshot.
I also liked the mobile site when it worked.

I was talking about the web based app. Still not working and I still hope it will...

With my new bookmark (iPhone) for the mobile site, it worked once, but I had to shut down and restart that app to get an update (got an error trying to go back to the running app).

When I started up again I checked the "I am not a robot" box and got something new with a capcha - a grid of 9 pictures telling me to select all the Steaks in the grid and giving me an example of a steak as a guide. It wasn't all that easy to see on a small screen, but I picked out the two steaks and I was able to log on.

Now I'm back to errors and I can't seem to get to the mobile site except via Safari and the URL (i.e. the bookmark which has worked for years doesn't work, even after creating a new one this morning).

I have the same issue after upgrading my phone to lollipop. SS is not supporting android 5.

Deleted the old app last week because it was not working, that link from Robertiez did not work for me either. Added the app again today, and now it works just fine on my Iphone!

Yes you are right, of course I mean the mobile site. I wrote app because it says so in the subject of this thread and because it is more like an app to me, sorry. I gave up on it after several days of error, thought they had removed it in favour for the app, the real contributor app, but today I figured out it worked again. I am glad it works.

That mobile site is still not working for me. I emailed SS about it but they didnt reply. It seems its not supporting Lolipop.
