I've been unable to connect with SS all afternoon.  Usually times out after several minutes.  Anyone else?

I thought it was just taking forever to compute my huge royalties but then I woke up and it was down. Back up now.

The FTP is still not working correctly.

I have several clips 'stuck' in the FTP from yesterday and it looks like today (Saturday) is going to be the same problem.

I never could connect yesterday.  This morning it seems to be back to what passes for normal.  Several comments on the SS forum about slow processing.  I did upload an image via FTP yesterday morning and it went through fine.  Edited right away and it was approved this morning.  I don't know the correlation between single image FTP processing and clip processing.  I'm sure there must be a difference.

FTP dead here as well

Shutterstock FTP completely stuck.
Friday - new upload - nothing processed.
Saturday - new upload - nothing processed.
Sunday - new upload - nothing processed.

No video clips are moved from the FTP for processing.

A bit slow and when I click on "Contributor" I get an "oops - something went wrong" and a picture of meerkats to make me feel better.

SS ftp is still down. I thought it would have been fixed today.

After reading their forums things appear to be getting worse. It looks like they are in disarray. It's odd that no one at SS has said anything about this mess.

I just site mailed them about my stuck videos. See how long it takes to fix. I hope they can pull in the files and we don't have to reap. I am submitting 4k, so it takes awhile.

People reporting ftp problems here in Germany as well. Very frustrating at the moment, inspections take long, now ftp is broken and pond5 needs more than 2 months for reviews.

They are 80% of the video market for me and my files are not moving online. I guess I should start doing christmas stock.

SS not cares about FTP problems or any problems at all.

Problems here in Singapore as well. Uploaded files not showing up in the content Editor. This issue should get resolved ASAP.

Nothing has shown up since Friday.It's uploading now but not sure if im wasting my time.
Btw did anyone have footage sales reported on Monday?Just curious since it's rather strange to not get at least one.

Same problem in France 

Stuck in FTP....

Getting vector error message "did not upload a corresponding JPG" - but the file eventually appears a half hour later.

......Instead of flashing the cash on more room for their beanbags and ambient muzak breakout area, SS should be fixing the buggiest, most unreliable site of all the agencies I work with.

I had sales on Monday.

I'm guessing it's a waste of time uploading. The same problem happened last year and all was lost.

Not down, but flakey. Image gallery showing only latest 3 uploads, stats not updating as quickly as usual.....

why are sales today so  low on ss?

My first uploads in 3 Months. Surgery and all. Man, Everything Is broke there. FTP is a mess. footage is Missing. My god.
