None here.  Perhaps you had a buyer that bought 3 images and changed their mind?

i had 3 this year.

I had a 250$ one refunded last month a few hours after they bought it.  Later that  day it sold for 90$. Nothing refunded  this month though

I've had no problems. Just sales.

I had that happen last year when the same image was bought and refunded 3 or 4 times, always for the same price.  It ended up selling and eventually cleared.  I assume it was an issue with the license for that particular image and not anything to do with Alamy in general.  Hope yours gets sorted out soon and ends with the sale.

Typical Alamy I'm afraid, terrible sales ability combined with reporting that often results in refunds.

I had a $60 dollar sale refunded the next day, but purchased again, for exactly the same $ amount (and same size), immediately after!
Go figure!
