Today I can't login to my SS contributor profile page (Europe). Others?

Well I try search some images on Costumer page and result is 0 images: "We're sorry, but we were not able to deliver any search results at the moment. Please try again. If the problem continues, please reach out to our customer support."

Me too...just waiting for someone to say "They have it under control...don't panic".......but their site has become noticably more flaky over last 2-3 months

The error page on Chrome gives the message ERR_Connection_Refused. I'm not an IT expert, but that tends to suggest the servers have been set to deny access to everybody, possibly to enable some kind of emergency maintenance. This is just my speculation

Same here its been like this all morning.

Yes having problems connecting,m only succeeds about every 10th time. Same seems to apply for the buyer side, which is even worse...

SS contributor's site is still down in Northern Europe as of 12pm CET time.

It's up and down...

Down in Romania too... And in the last days very pour sales...

Brilliant. First promising Monday morning sales I've had in weeks and the site goes down.

Contributor log-in down most of the morning in the Netherlands. And no search results available on Shutterstock buyer's site.

Buyers page works fast and OK now (slovenia, EU).

So it's a global issue. I wonder when they will give any statement. Asked them but no response yet...

They are improving the contributor experience......

Well they replied, they don't have the estimate but they are working very hard to get it back, so I guess we have a SS day off today.

Buyers site is back - at the moment, contributors page isn't working (Austria).

Lol. yes i know, i was just surprised to see it in spanish, out of nowhere, since english is set by default....
