Got this today:

We'd like to inform you that we added credits to your account today after discovering a technical issue that made it necessary to make a positive adjustment to your account.  The underlying issue was limited in nature and has been fully resolved.

Anyone else, or was it just my account?  I have zero idea how much was involved since I don't check my balances that often.

Yes, I just got the email. I'm not sure how much that means? At least it isn't an email from DT saying there has been a refund on your image ...

No, I just got one too. Unfortunately, I dont know what my balance was, so dont know how much was adjusted. Havent been able to find anything where it says.

Thanks, found it. Less than a dollar for me, but at least it is to the positive and not a clawback. I'll take it!

Got the same e-mail and checked the "My credits" part, it's almost 10 credits for me, which is nice. I'm not sure when this technical issue occured, but my sales last week were less than usual, so it might be because of this missing credits. Whatever, nice message and apology from them, I'm glad. :)

Did you check the menu at the left? In the "MY CREDITS" part you can see all of your sales and transactions. It shows the date and says "Positive adjustment" and the credit added too.

Does it mean somebody caught them cheating on contributors and they have to confess that it happened?

I log in almost every day and couldn't really see what the difference was. Figured they'd charged me too many for something. idk.
