Personal problems most likely. I can login fine and doing a check, says last down over a week ago.

Hi, in danger of stating the obvious, there is one thing that sometimes create confusion for our users. When logging onto ESP through qHero the field is case sensitive, which is not the case when logging onto ESP directly. That sometimes leads to users thinking they cannot login. If this doesn't help, I would suggest contacting iStock as there then must be a problem with your account.
