Payment generally takes 4/5 days. I've been on hold for 11 days now and still nothing. Support says they have a lot of requests to handle, so I was wondering if others are having the same problem.
In the month of Christmas it is a pity that they are all late with their payments.

Usually it varies from 5 days to 10 days. It can take a bit longer sometimes.

The typical payment timeline is 7-10 business days. It can sometimes a bit longer during the first of the month as there are many requests to process. Thanks for your patience.

Thanks. I don't understand (and this applies to all agencies) why payouts (at least paypal) are not a totally automated affair.

I requested my payment (PayPal) December 1 and received it earlier today (Dec 9th). If you still didn't receive yours, are you sure your tax information is current?

Payment has been made overnight (Italian night  ), it was just a delay as Mat states.

There was no "delay"

It did used to take just 3-4 days, but the past couple of times I requested, it was taking about 10 days.

I alway request my payments on the 1st of the month. This is how I received my payments:

10th, 11th, 7th, 9th, 4th, 8th, 10th, 6th, 8th, 11th, 11th, 7th, 10th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 5th, 9th, 11th... etc
