Has anyone who is on Pictorem got a sale and received payment? I had a sale in January, requested payment, and the notice that it takes 24-48 hours pops up. Great. Three months later, no payment. And their FAQ says that if you don't claim the payment within 30 days they send it automatically. That didn't happen either.  I did email them and we'll see what they say, but was curious if anyone else had success getting paid.

I believe @Steve Heap has had a lot of success with them. Maybe DM him if he doesn't see this thread.

They do have teething troubles as a bit of a startup. Just open a trouble ticket with them and I'm sure it will be sorted. Their renewal approach for annual membership is a bit shaky as well.
