I don't see any way to upload an easy release. I only see buttons to upload blank SS releases. I have many files with releases that I can't get again.

I don't either,  I see an Edit and a View. The view, shows the entire release.  https://submit.shutterstock.com/releases



That's on a computer. Maybe you are using something different?

Go to Manage Releases here, (portfolio menu):

You can upload there first and then attach to your content on the submissions page.
