After receiving an email from Getty:
"Dear Getty Images Contributor,
We received and processed a request to update your payment information or email.
For security purposes, if you did not initiate a change please:
Sign in to your Getty Images account to check and possibly update your current payment method and email address.
Please contact contributor services immediately by responding to this email and informing us that you didnt initiate a change to either your payment information or email.
Change your Getty Images password.
Thank you,
Getty Images Contributor Services"
I tried to sign in to my contributor account but the password was changed and the thief also made a secondary password.
I made a ticket support on nov.7th and never had any answers yet (apart from the automatic response when you submit support ticket), despite other emails from me reviving them.
Have no access at all to my account.
