I have a couple for $1.83 should I worry?! :-s

Seems last time anything over $0.28 was a mistake.

So far more than expected. Too bad they are taking over $ 20 away the next day .... What about the possitive corrections they were talking about. Anyone seen any money come back?

Kind of. You can go to 'my uploads' and then select 'partner program' on the left. Then you can see total PP download by file. Then you can go back to 'my uploads' and choose a file then select partner program at the top to get some specifics for that file... They don't make it easy.

If you're using Chrome (or Firefox, where it works but is no longer supported) you can install a script which adds all kinds of useful support to the "My Uploads" pages and allows at least some sort of means of seeing what was downloaded when onto the PP pages, albeit still not ideal.

Its a shame when you have a good month you have to worry about miscalculation surely they can't make the same mistake twice.........can they?

The Livestock 2 app is good for tracking what has sold, for how much and what day.

But those were GI images. And I had changed the subject to This Month which isn't very specific. I was thinking that instead of a new thread every month, it could continue.

Too late now!   ;D

Double my typical PP sales this month excluding the months they recouped.

Now, is that lucky, or what?

I'm 20% below average so I reckon I'm pretty safe.

If partner sales are finished then something strange is going on.  Kind of like October only in reverse.   In October sales were average and royalties were doubled.  For February sales are average but royalties are half what they typically are.  Just like it was strange that so many many sales were at high dollar amounts then, it seems unlikely that every one of the roughly 2k sales I Had in February were all at .28.  Something is definitely not right with February numbers.  Lets see if they bother with an internal audit now that its contributors who were under paid...

As you know, my tiny collection of remaining files is not representative of anything much, but in Feburary I did have one non-sub sale in the PP - a $1.60 sale. I don't know if others saw any non-subs, but I think it means that they didn't just make everything subs (even though they may still have a buggy connector.)

Hi Lisa,
You made me check my numbers, but the results are quite normal.  My average PP sale is between 0.32 and 0.38 (average of 2013 till now), and February has an average of 0.35, so that's quite normal, and there must be non-subs in it, otherwise it would be 0.28.

i completely agree with you, Lisa.  Something isn't right. I am $100 or so less than normal PP average. i am contacting CR to see if i can get an explanation.

All the PP and GI sales that came in for me at the end of last month for Feb did not and still have not added to my balance of earnings. No response from support after a week  >:(  I have totted up all my earnings and the PP and GI have def not been added. All my normal IS download earnings for March are just for that.

Make sure you have checked February's chart. The payments you received in March would be added to February's charts and balance total, not March's.
I'm puzzled as to how you knew that the sales came in if the amount hadn't been added to your balance?

So, you saw the sales in your graph stats for Feb, yet you had no addition to your February balance?
OK, that is weird.
But you said the payments hadn't been added to your total for March, which they wouldn't be. They would have been added to your February total, though your Balance should also have risen.

NB: some support tickets are taking ages. I've had some running to several weeks recently (around the same time as the clawbacks started, which was generating a lot of tickets); my current oldest open ticket is from 23rd March.

Not quite sue. What I mean is, the previous months PP sales etc start coming through ( showing up on the stats graph) on the current month, usually not long before e month is out. So feb stats started showing on my graph near the end of March but March balance only showed what was earned at IS. so I haven't been paid for the feb PP sales.

You're a bit mixed up.
At the moment, our March sales only show what was earned at IS, as no March GI/PP payments have been made yet.

Although GI (and PP where appropriate) images for Feb are paid in March, the total is added to the February total, as that's when they were earned, not the March total.
If you took a note of your earnings at the end of February of your iS only balance, then your February balance should have jumped appropriately.
If you didn't take a note of the February total before GI/PP, you can click the little CSV button which will open an Excel page with columns for GI and PP, so again you can check if they've been paid.

Can you really see green and purple bars in your February downloads chart but not on your royalties chart?

The way it has been for me is the stats that come through the previous month always get paid the following month. So Feb stats started to show in March and should have been added to my March sales. That is how it has been every month for me only this month I am missing the PP money from Feb. It wasn't paid in Feb.

They are paid the following month, but the stats appear in the month that the sales are made.

Again, do you have green and orange bars in your download chart for February, but none in your Royalties chart for February? They are one above the other like my screenshot, so very easy to check.

Sue is right Herg.

It's possible you are talking at cross purposes.

Feb sales reported in March would have been added to your Feb sales total. Your Feb chart and balance should show the total of all sales on the graph for Feb.

I don't get this at all. Whenever in the past PP sales have started to show up in the previous month's graph, it showed in real time sales of the current month as amounts came in chunks. If Sue is right then something has happened because I have a chunk of money missing I usually get from PP sales. I got nothing at all in March except my normal IS sales because I calculated every cent. I have never had a month where I got no PP sales payment.

Yes your current balance would have increased as the payments came in. But in the accounting the money was belong added to previous month's total. I can understand the possible confusion. Your current balance should have increased as a result of the PP income being reported.

Is it possible that any sales income you received was offset by money removed the because of the over-payment ?
