I am getting a IStock server error, anyone else?

ShadySue

Sorry. Not motivated to upload for 75c subs sales, so haven't uploaded in two months. No clue, and little interest.

Sorry to hear this. You have been an istock trooper for years. Shame on them for not taking care of their biggest supporters and faithful contributors.

I am uploading, right now, without any problem.

What version of the software are you using?
(I still use the 2.0.22)

Edit:
I am Using MacOs 10.11.6

Through deepmeta, I'm getting "invalid response from istock: empty (invalid username/password).

Is that the same error you're getting?

Justanotherphotographer

2.0.23

I am getting "the remote server returned a error: (500) Internal IStock server error"

Tryingmybest

Weird. I'm wondering if I need to upgrade to the latest DeepMeta.

I upgraded. No change. Same error.

Mancubus

Same error here. :-(

=> (500) Internal IStock server error

I've already repaired the installation of the program; and uninstalled, ... installed the program again - but it's still not working

Justanotherphotographer

Looks like another IStock bug. Guess I'll wait till they fix it.

Chichikov

It could be interesting to know what OS you use.

I am Using MacOs 10.11.6

Tryingmybest

I'm using 10.6.8. But haven't had this problem.

Still no luck for me, apparently it's IStock's servers that are to blame.

I am trying vectors, is it just vectors that are the problem?

It would be useful to know what platform you use to understand if the problem is specific to MacOs or Windows, or not

Mancubus

Seems to be a vector upload problem.

Illustration uploads are working fine for me - just tried a jpg illustration and it worked well!

I'm on windows 10.
Apparently it is IStock's end anyway, so nothing to do but wait and hope they fix it.

Well, maybe.
But if it is like this how can you explain that some like me and others have absolutely no problem?
I mean that if there is a problem from iStock's end everybody should face it. But apparently it is not like this.
For this I was trying to understand if it could be related to a specific version of DeepMeta, a specific platform or a specific OS. :)

Not sure, but according to Deepmeta support there are lots of people with the same problem and it's down to IS
