I'd be interested in getting in to the Chinese or Japanese markets. In fact any general up and coming market perhaps outside of the Anglo-Saxon world. So, do you know of any microstock/midstock sites out there?

As for vectors they are absolutely different from istock. They want eps (version 9.0 and higher) + Ai + jpg

Funny, i sent some files to photokore, they all get approved in 24 hours, after some days, they control the keywords and put the same under control vocabulary than Istock under brackets, here is an example:
Asia, Close-up, Buddhism, Low Angle View, Thai Culture, Art (Art And Craft), Color Image, Design (Ideas), Sculpture, Wat, Railing, Gate, Footpath, Temple (Place of Worship), Blue, White (Descriptive Color), Pattern, Spirituality (Concepts), Famous Place, Cloudscape (Cloud), Traditional Culture, Sky, Cloud (Sky), Landscape (Non-Urban Scene), Day, Architecture, Ornate, Nobody, Building Exterior, Decoration, Photography (Style), Thailand, Sunlight (Light Effect), Religion (Ideas), Style (Design), Horizontal, Outdoors

  They also add new keywords: railways, landscape,day, etc.
In a word, they check all the keywords and adapt them to their site search vocabulary!!! Incredible, maybe the only site to do that!!

Here are my original keywords:

Ok, it's not istock, but they are a copy of istock in many ways.

cardmaverick , could you, please, give us some information about this company? Do you think it's worth the time to uploading some pictures there? I see you know the asian microstock market...

I was a very early contributor, I don't work for them as an employee. I actually beta tested their FTP, I'm also the guy who got them to support it in the first place, etc..

So,.... how is your experience with them?

It's been good, they really listen to my advice and act on it. They are still building the site, but from day one, it was miles ahead of many larger agencies on their opening days.
