SELL ONLY, PC TEST, PC STANDARD and PC PREMIUM?
plus a setup fee? Never seen this before.  Does this determine how many you can upload each day? Call me stupid but it did not make sense to me.
 ???

Just click sell only and you can upload the max. amount of images for sale.

The PC thing is photocommunity in addition to selling images, take part in forum discussion photo competitions etc. By clicking this you can upload images to the Photocommunity so people can rate them and tell you how great your image is.
If you want that I would recommend PC Standard, because its free  :)

thanks.. I chose the sell only. Waiting for them to send something so I can start uploading. Sounds like this site has promise to it... by hearing others talk about their payouts.
What are the pros and cons to this site?

Pros: - you can make a lot more with one sale than on the micros
-you are paid in Euros
- they even offer banktransfer
- you can already request payout when you reach 30 Euro

Cons:
 -not as many sales
- 30% royalty when you offer images at cheaper agencies
- sales are sometimes not as predictable (For a few month they beat even Fotolia). But lately they are tend to be more in the income range between 123rf and StockXpert
- inconvenient upload system

One more pro:

They have at least one very nice customer service person. Talked a few times to her.

One more con:

Images can take up to 3 month to be taken of the site, because Panthermedia has so many distributors

Pantehrmedia is not that recent, they are pretty established in Germany. It was actually my first stock agency I submited to in 2005. But they went international less then 2 years ago.
