Ha ha, I got 1 out of 8 accepted, that's 12.5% :)

Ironically, these 8 were the same 8 photos that I submitted as my initial portfolio, which was accepted. Mad.

Anyway, I think I'll adopt the "throw all my mud and see what sticks" approach. Like someone said, it's an easy submission process...

They actually banned be from submitting and asked me to submit some test images. Think I was running at about 16%. I have NO CLUE how they determine whats acceptable. Sales for me on there are actually not bad......its on my list to submit some images for their exam. Trouble is what as they don't like stuff that everyone else does.....(The buyers do though if they sneak through ;-) )

Shocking (unless you are the worst stock photographer ever).

Quite normal that they reject everything if you upload so many at once.
If you wish to reach their usual 10% approval rate you must upload no more than 20 images per day.
 ;)

johsnski, you shoot some really nice work, based on your faa port, but if you submit that kind of imagery to envato they will reject it, they dont like landscapes nor arty stuff, they want highly commercial images, and any content their library is already congested with gets rejected. they try to be like stocksy, but only will pay you a tiny fraction of what stocksy is paying

to be honest I find their rejections completely random I've got plenty of landscapes and what is probably not very commercial stuff as well as technically "marginal" stuff on there meanwhile my best sellers  on other sites get rejected

 :o :o :o
I just got notified that of the 123 I submitted a few weeks ago, 73 were accepted!
That's 59%

The usual random rejections though, some accepted that were rejected elsewhere, best-sellers elsewhere rejected here...

My first submission of 10, they rejected 9. Maybe about 100 is the optimum number to submit ;)

Of course, sales are the proof of the pudding, but I might as well submit some more.

Thank you! I usually only upload my artsy stuff to FAA and a few other PODS, and the usual stock output goes to SS, FT, iS and others as well as Photodune - sales have alawys been poor there, I will not upload in future if they are going to bulk reject me - thanks again!

General rule of thumb for PD or FT----  images taken outdoors will not fare well with them.  Images taken in a controlled setting (i.e., Indoor studio) will fare well.
