More than fifty photos of me were already waiting for a review and the oldest of them had been waiting for more than a month and a half. I wrote 123RF and within 24 hours all photos were reviewed.

I just uploaded one image without problems, but after that it was again impossible to upload via the website.

Thank you very much! I can upload again but uploading via the website now stops at 49%....

Addition: After contacting the support department the problem is fixed and the upload now works normally again!

My experience is that my photos are reviewed by 123RF within about a week of my request. In recent days however I have noticed that many of my photos already are being sponteanously reviewed the same day or one day later. Apparently something is changing.

Today I received Bigstock's reply to the various e-mails that I sent in the meantime.

Bigstock has blocked the payment to the thief! Of course I am very happy!

Bigstock assumes that my e-mail account has been hacked and strongly recommends that I change my password for the e-mail account and the same for the PayPal account.

After that I can change the Bigstock password again and eventually my initially lost income will be available to me again.

Fortunately, everything seems resolved with this. In any case, thanks for your compassion!

In the Netherlands we know the saying: a warned person counts for two!

Yesterday I received a message from Bigstock that my email address has been updated and a moment later that 'Your Bigstock commission request has been received'.
I responded immediately and undoed the changes.
But the balance of my earnings, in fact my annual turnover since January 2019, had already disappeared.
Of course I hope that this can still be reversed and that the actual payment to the thief has not yet taken place.
I send this message as a warning for everyone not to use a password that is also used elsewhere.
Perhaps it is a reason to check your passwords yourself?

I tried a different browser (in my case Firefox instead of Chrome) and I could then just log in and also fill in the tax form.

I limit my (much larger) photo files to a maximum of 25 MB with Lightroom. Each agency accepts the pictures then.

But uploading to Bigstock, which according to the website accepts photos up to 25Mb, is in reality limited to smaller files. I can not upload about 30% of my photos because they are too big according to Bigstock (but all of them are smaller than 25Mb).

I had an extensive correspondence with various employees of Bigstock. Unfortunately, they do not even understand the problem I have submitted. I have to make the files even smaller, the advice is .....

Web upload 123RF has not worked for a day. The website had already been closed for maintenance for a few hours. But the upload still does not work at all.

As a photographer, I now meet both criteria and I have already received a message about it. I am very happy to receive real appreciation from a stock photography agency. That feels very good! Thank you Adobe and Mat!
