I miss thoses days when review time was a day or two. Now it's around 9-12 days.

The current wait time for reviews is around 7-9 days on average. This varies based on the number of assets in the queue.

The new dashboard has been on Shutterstock for a few weeks now. I can't get used to it. I hate it. It annoys me to see huge photos that have nothing to do with my sales and income. The information I need is difficult to access or simply no longer there. I've written several times to Shutterstock but they don't care about my comments. How do you feel about this bad update from Shutterstock which continues to deteriorate ? What can we do together to make this change and bring back the old dashboard ?

Personally, I don't really need the card for my stats. Just seeing the latest sales is the main thing for me but it's now gone from the dashboard. It's really badly thought out and made to fool us.

Hi ! I had a big sale 8th april that I can see on my alamy contributor dashboard. But the amount of the sale, don't appear on my Current Cleared Balance. I use to be patient but more than a month seems to me unusual. Anyone else ? I can't find how to contact alamy contributor help.
