Has anyone received their 1099-MISC from Envato/Videohive yet? I haven't received mine yet and it also doesn't appear under the tax summaries section yet either. I made between $600 and $20,000 USD on Envato this year (both Envato Market and Envato Elements combined).
My video is also on mixkit.co, it also periodically generates income + advertising.

Naivete 100%. There, 90-95% of people are poisoned by propaganda. Of course, some may not support the war in the literal sense, but ask them whose Crimea and Donbass and most will tell you that this is Russia. Putin's support there is huge. Almost all stockers from Russia, in the description of the photo from Crimea they write that Crimea is Russia. This is propaganda, this is support for terrorism, occupation, war and genocide of the Ukrainian people.
Among those who dont support the war, can they say so publicly? Even on an anonymish forum like MSG? Or will they end up arrested?
You rested only on the word war. Russians support the fascist regime and Putin, support the occupation of Crimea and Donbass, support Putin's demands for peace. This is enough for the Putin regime to do whatever it wants. Of course there are 5%, maybe 10% of those who do not support all evil. But what is 10%? Any Russian stoker who writes in his stock photo that Crimea is Russia is already an accomplice in Russia's crimes.

It's not in Adobe's interest to contribute to Putin's propaganda or seen as fueling his criminal war machine.
Putin's propaganda already have a wide variety of options. From third-party resellers and buyout licenses (yes!) to de facto legalized piracy.
But you are talking about your colleagues, microstock contributors, who just want to do things right. Remember, codes are distributed inside the industry. How can you imagine propaganda on the Adobe Stock, for example?
Russians write that Crimea is Russia. In fact, Crimea is Ukraine!

Shutterstock is dead  . Almost all sales are 0.10 cents per sale.
I am not sure is dead, it was my #2 for 2022, maybe dead for some contributors, but no dead for sure

I have a question. Do film agencies or clients check licenses for Prores codecs? No I have some videos in AVC/MP4 format, if I convert the videos to ProRes codecs through non-certified programs like Shutter Encoder or other programs that use the ffmpeg library, is it legal?

Small seller for me, easy to upload, with small portfolio around 370 photos and video cca $30.00 in 2022, payment without any problems.
370 photos and videos are not enough. Have you thought about downloading the entire portfolio?
