it would be nice but it's not as easy as it sounds. Where does Shutterstock fit in when they sell vectors, illustration and video. How many of us separate our income into the three media types for Shutterstock? iStock and many others all sell the three types as well. Some sites only sell vectors and photos.
the poll would look very differently if it was illustration based as well but. Perhaps one work around could be a simple question if people have primarily vectors, video or audio .. that way we would see at least a little different sort for the purely vector artists.

Connect to Site 1. Select all files you want to upload, add them to the queue (should be one item when you right-click on the selected files). Connect to Site 2, ignoring the warning that you will close a current connection. Select files, add to queue. Repeat until you have all files for all sites in the queue.
Start Queue processing (should be one menu item in one of the top menus). That does the job, connecting and uploading one site after the other.
Unfortunately I can't tell you the exact menu items, as I have a German language version running...
Thats the same as doing site after site. Not really addressing the problem. The stock uploader does solve that issue.
The benefit is that you don't have to be at your computer to click up load when site #1 is finished. It will automatically continue onto site#2 by itself.

Like other suggested, you should post an image here with the keywords and see what type of suggestions you get. You could also use a tool like the microstock keyword tool to help brainstorm ideas and see what words you could be missing. - I moved the thread to the Dreamstime area and changed the title of the thread.

How was your March? I had a BME which I am getting to the point where I am thankful every time that happens (as apposed to expecting it) .. the wall is coming soon. I'll post more detailed stats later today when I have things calculated. Here is a direct link to submit your votes to the monthly poll, or go up to Poll > Submit Votehttp://www.microstockgroup.com/index.php?page=microstockmonthlysurvey

Yeah, it stops the board from showing up on the front page or if you visit the new posts page etc.. You can still see it if you view the board through the Forum link.

Norway, and probably lots of europe have quite a few easter holidays. Thurs, Fri and Monday are all holidays and lots of people take Mon-Wed off (of last week) so they have a 10 days holiday.

removed one post which was a silly negative jab, one member to another.

It's so easy to get upgradeitus and simply want the biggest and best just because it is bigger and supposedly better. I know I suffer from the disease. I have to keep reminding myself (or asking the question) if bigger is indeed better or if I should just keep tight with the equipment I have.

I removed a few posts talking (negatively) about specific images. This isn't the place to point fingers and laugh.
If you want to talk about specific images or portfolios, please post your own for critique.
No one was pointing fingers and laughing, a genuine question was asked why some image were on stocksy as they didnt seem to be the standard you would expect.
It seems that people accepted to Stocksy are a bit sensitive to critique. Maybe they should take it to heart and use it to their advantage.
nobody complained about the images that were posted here - there is just a general forum rule that individual images or portfolios shouldn't be posted to be critiqued (unless they are your own)

Is Stocksy just selling photos? No illustration?
They have some illustrations on the site, but not vectors.

I think perhaps this topic has been officially exhausted. We aren't discussing or learning anything new - at least in regards to what this topic was originally about and I cringe every time it is brought to the top of the forum, wondering what attacks or conflicts have just started. Thankfully the discussion has remained relatively civil (thanks everyone) but I don't feel we are going to accomplish more by rehashing things over and over.
The horse is dead - let's stop beating it.

Looks like it's not image exclusive, as was speculated earlier. At least as far as I can tell. Some of Simon's stuff is the same stuff I've seen elsewhere, including the famous twitter bird.
It is image exclusive. If someone has the same image elsewhere I'm guessing it is in the process of being removed (if it isn't gone already)

We need to get some sticky topics up which we can link to when people ask questions like this.

I received the e-mail this morning. Looks nice although at the top, on the left is the line "Use this area to offer a short preview of your email's content." Perhaps you want to put something in there or remove the placeholder text?
Sorry, I didn't see your last post in this thread. I've fixed it now, thanks.

For future reference, is there a place you would post updates if the site is down for a while? Facebook? Tweets?
Yeah, I generally post updates on both twitter and the facebook page. This morning I got it fixed right after I found out about the problem so I didn't make any big announcements. If it would have taken more than a few minutes I would have posted an update.
