I think you are correct. I've made 88,5$ in February and 145,02$ in March, so I should get 163,4$ this month after taxex. In reality I got 158,34$.
In january I've earned 92,98$ so 7,32$ short of my double March earning, which would be 100,3$. Despite 7,32$ short I've got paid for January 70,31$ (100,3$ - 30% taxes)
Now if I calculate my February and March earning which is 233,52$ (before taxes) minus those 7,32$ I was short for double earnings in January, the sum would be 226,2$. After taking out 30% taxes, the exact sum would be 158,34$ which is exactly the amount, I was paid this month.
So basically, those 7,32$ that they added to my balance in January, the took it away this month.

So the March earnings were posted a few days ago. My best month there, almost triple from my last years March earnings and also best earner for March of all agencies.

so you totally believe everything the other agencies tell you about sales? every week it seems it's another agencies night in the barrel. at least canva is doing something - why do you support other agencies that give you ZERO from their unused subscriptions, etc?
I am all for the idea of splitting a percentage of total sub payments between contributors based on how many downloads each contributor gets. It is much better than Shutterstocks new payment structure where we do indeed get zero from unused subs and SS gets to pretend they pay a much larger percentage to use than they actually do. This isnt what is happening with Canva. They are paying out an amount each month, the level of which which they get to decide on with zero transparency, and without any indication of how they come up with the figure. I cant believe you are defending it and not pushing for better terms. Why would you support a business relationship where one side gets to 100% set the terms like that? Why not try and negotiate for a better deal. Its weird to me.
It's not, that we don't like transparency, but, even if they put out how they calculate it, what difference would it make? They can change those calculations in a heartbeat and you couldn't do crap about it. Just like with shutterstock. They basically cut sub royalties overnight, where did negotiations came in, remind me? At the end of the month, all that matters are $$, and Canva for me it's one of the top tiers. And that's the only thing that matters.

I've always been paid on time, usually around 15th, or maybe a day or 2 later.

I'm with SS 6 years and I've never heard for adjustments before. As far as I know, they didn't accept refunds? At least I didn't had any so far. So thats new for me too.

As for the payments, I always got paid, since I'm with them, no problems. Reviews do take long time, but I just upload and forget,

Hi, when I go shooting wildlife (deer especially) I also like to shoot some video. Does anybody know, is there such thing as a 3 axis video stabilizer os something similar that you can put for example between tripod and camera so it would reduce camera shakes or any similar equipment. Like this video https://www.shutterstock.com/video/clip-29498191-wild-roe-deer-grazing-field it's pretty shaky, I used only tripod andlens stabilization, I'd like to reduce those shakes. Thanks

Go to "Upload a file" and then to "Unfinished files", but sometimes it takes forever for files to show up there.

Anyone else noticed that their november sub earnings are higher than it was first reproted? From sub sales I earn between 65-70$, I can't remember exactly the amount it was but I'm 100% sure it was in that range. Now I checked and it 116$. And this is not that extra amount that they add to reach double earnings from march, it's higher than that.

Anyone else noticed that, when you go to https://www.canva.com/contributors/upload and then to approved and scroll down through port, there are duplicates or even triplicates of the same image? For example, when I scrolled down I found thumbnail for the same image in 3 different locations, when I right-click that image and then open in new tab image has exactly the same filme name? And I'm pretty sure, I didn't upload the same image 3 times, and even if I would, filenames would be different? Is there any other link to check your port?

I had 300$ sale in August, and 119$ + 50$ (if you consider that a big sale) in September - gross amounts ofcourse, but mostly under 50$ mark and lots of sales under 10$, especially those distributors sales.

So, anyone else recived double payment from Canva this month. Didn't they say, they will pay double for 6 months what would make payment for September last double paying month? Or did I miscalculat sth.?

I did, I put just random letters (upper case also), special characters and numbers still nothing. I tried iexplorer, same thing.
Ok, nevermind, I got it. I used "-" character and apparently that wasn't good enought, now I tried "@" and it works.
Logged in. No sales. Logged out.

So far, I'm about 300$ down compared to entire last year. Alamy can be hit or miss. One month, you'll get 10 sales, all together netting you like 10 bucks, and the next month, you can have big sales. In august I had my biggest sale on alamy yet, 300$ gross, + next month 2 sales 120$+50$ gross. I think it's still worth it.
