After more research, I've concluded the missing image was a museum shot that SS took down because of a complaint. It was a good seller, but I'd rather see it taken down than cause any legal trouble.

Had this happen to one of my bestsellers. Was selling 6-10 times a day and disappeared overnight. Managed to get to real support who at two separate occasions, months between, promised they'll investigate, never heard of them again. I mean zero actual explanation what happened or could've happened. I even stopped uploading for months at SS waiting for some answer since the whole thing was so arbitrary. The image is still visible in my bestsellers with downloads and earnings, but with an empty icon and if you click on it you get an missing image url with a random selection of images
Question: if you search for this image at SS, is it still visible to buyers?

That's strange Pete, I don't get an error message when I click that image number.
I get over 16 million Model royalty-free images like you would in a search.
I don't follow what you mean by that new image number equaling April 2019.
Maybe I did delete a model-released image where SS rejected my release form.

I have this for an image I deleted myself. It shows up as a blank white image in my bestseller list. Did you delete any of your images or ever got a notification from Shutterstock that any of your images were deleted?
I do not believe I've deleted any of my images at SS. This images with 50 downloads has no Upload date. The mystery continues...

If I look at my Earnings Summary, by Product, under Subscriptions, my most downloaded images show up. One "Image" on my first page is blank, downloaded 50 times with no Upload date. When I click the image number

I get 16 million model photos. Mine are in there when I specify my name too.
What is that all about? Has anyone else seen this?

Congratulations. SS remains my poorest earner, but it's good to know that even here, someone is willing to pay (and SS is holding out for) $2-3000 for a license.

You might need to contact Contributor relations. For TV, it will be all or nothing: let them do it or try to find programs yourself. While DACS for me is around $500 per year, the TV usage through Alamy is only a few bucks. So I don't think it is worth sweating over.

I was trying to get DALL-E to generate a photo of a Ukranian soldier firing a bazooka at a Russian tank in winter. All efforts and variations in wording produced totally unusable results. Even with a lot of fixing up, I can't see sending results to a stock site.

Interesting. But SS is now paying contributors (in my case a whopping $40 per year) for inclusion in such datasets. Is that enough? I'd be surprised if the courts give an opinion on this. No one asked me, but I'd like a bit more please.

Previously withheld taxes do not get added back into your account after a valid tax form is completed. You will need to include the withholdings when you file your taxes at the end of the year.

I see. It would be nice to have a reminder before the year starts since other places keep the tax treaty info for years. As far as getting money back from the IRS when I'm in Canada, I'd probably have more luck suing Adobe for the money (in other words: it ain't going to happen).

That would be a drag. I finally gave up PS CC 2015 last year for the free version. I've lost my info on PS2015 when I had to re-install Windows, so after February I have nothing. Come on Adobe!

The subscription will renew automatically, you will just have to pay for it.
I've never payed for a subscription so I don't think it will renew automatically. Is Adobe is not giving free subscriptions anymore? I do still see the blue banner.

I've noticed quite a few 25 cent sales since the new year. Is this new?
Is it like SS where contributor splits go down every year in January?
I just don't remember sales lower than 36 cents.
