For me StockXpert is the least fussy at the moment. Having said that - you still have to keep a pretty high standard on work submitted.

Have more than one thousand images on this site... and never had any sale (just 782 views)... Not very interesting !...
Gawd! - now that is saying something!

Yes - reviews seem to be a bit slower at the moment. Even so they are still pretty fast compasred with some.

I just got accepted today. It was my 3rd attempt. I listened to advice from people on this forum and applied it to my submission. They approved 9 out of 10.
Congrats and well done to you! Good to see that the forum was of help to you.

I'm not there anymore. I never had great success with Scandanavian agencies and the latest one is shaping up the same!
Needless to say I wont be trying anymore.

I just joined CutCaster. It was on a whim. I'm new to this business and so are they. Maybe we'll get lucky.
I browsed the site and saw that many of the old hands are on board. Since the pricing scheme seems unique, I was wondering if you upload the same images that you have on other sites ... selling and much lower prices?
That was something I was also thinking about. To me it looks a kind of different images that might fare well there. If they could put up what is selling it would be a big help.

As far as I can remember they were a sideshoot of Shutterpoint. Had no joy with them ( along time ago now)

magnum, for me, the start would be to eliminate the members rating and opinions. that's so amateurish, and reminds me of that other place ... (no name mentioned). i deleted all my photos just due to that. i will join them again, as soon as i see that.
I totally agree and also I dont like those reflections under the images. For me it's off puttting.

I have sold 15 euro worth of photos at Yay this month. It is still a piddly amount, but nice to see it improving! I like the site, and hope things pick up there.
- I also thought I'd give them a little advertising in the top banner as a pat on the back
Good for you - none for me! (Yet)

I just got in SS today. I tried to concentrate on daylight, low noise shot with people, because that seemed like the easiest way to get technically acceptable images.
You can check my application photos here: http://submit.shutterstock.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=50393
8 of them got accepted, with one rejection being for keywords only
I also kept the sizes of images to just above 4.5 megapixels.
I hope this helps.
Congrats to you - now watch the sales come in!

Looks a nice little one this! Panasonics are well capable of producing fine images. A number of my best selling images have come off Lumix - despite the noise issues usually associated with them. As said, this can be cleaned up pretty easily.

As said, submit your best and try to keep the subjects as varied as possible. Also, try to submit images which will be saleable or that have sold well elsewhere.
And, do let them know if you are working with other agencies, particualry if your work is selling well there. That way, they will know that it will be worthwhile taking you on and that you are capable of producing quality work.
Good luck!

will be interesting to see if they get any more customers. They are one of the older sites, but have one of the poorest sales records...
As I have experienced.

I still have regular 1-3 sales with them, but they seem to be struggling, given a site mail they sent a while ago.
Regards, Adelaide
Yes! I saw that and it did'nt look very promising. Also, my sales reflect this, as I have not sold there in nearly 9 months!
