But... did you generate your images with AI yourself? (it seems to be). If the case, you don't own any copyright and you should not even complain.
In this case he have the rights to sell those images, the other no. A big difference.
this is still a fuzzy area & court rulings have been ambiguous. the copyright office 'opinion' doesn't change the 1976 LAW that automatically grants copyright to the creator

Well, it was like someone took a dive off a steep cliff. But now they are slowly increasing.
Perhaps people didn't feel like working (and subsequently using their credits to get assets) for the first half of January...
also extreme weather in much of the US

Review time on Adobe is so ...random now? It was really fast a week ago and now it has come to a full-stop for me. Not a single image reviewed in 5 days.
I can promise you, they are not reviewed in order of upload. I have waiting, 1 month, 17, 13,10, 4 days. And accepted from the same as the one month, and 10-13 days ago. That's one EPS, two AI illustrations. Not reviewed, one photo, one EPS, one AI illustration from a sample (with release), one 100% AI image.
Not any big complaint or anything, just pointing out that I have things of my own, uploaded and accepted, while others, of my own, are sitting longer, not reviewed. I can't come up with any order or conclusions from that.
same here - i have more than a hundred images that have waited a month or more, but had many approved recently in much less time - including 20+ ai images http://tinyurl.com/23z9uxkra few days ago, i uploaded about 40 ai images in 1 batch - 8 were rejected the next day for quality (from 1 prompt) but all the others remain in review

AS sales slightly up RPD usual .7
SS down about 60-70% mostly due to lack of non-subs shown as RPD .32 down from usual .7
income higher from AS than SS for first time in a year. my AS sales have been steady over last year so they only beat SS when SS sales decline. over last year, SS sales rose by about 10%
AS portfolio rose by 1000 images, slow because of continued batch rejects for months last year.
SS portfolio rose by 4000 - higher number since about 1/3 of my images are SS editorial. (AS sometimes accepts these - eg when it's a barely visible skier or a crowd in background

... it was always humorous because one or two of my own images would always show up, on top. I don't know if that was an error or so we'd get excited that SS was actually promoting our work. It was just reading cookies from our own systems, and not what the rest of the world would see....
i had the same experience & always figured they were just finding my pix to mislead me into thinking that was a real result

Sales are really good this week at Adobe, especially due to increased amount of > 1$ ones. So I wouldn't worry, your sales will pick up again
right, ms sales charts look more like a picket fence than a smooth curve - which makes anything less than a running average pure random noise

After I dutifully ticked the box for the new annoying superfluous confirmation for the terms and conditions, a window popped up that I had never seen before:
Are You human?
I would have spontaneously said yes.
But I was presented with 9 pictures in which I had to click on cats. I hate cats. Nevertheless, I passed the test, which fills me with a certain pride.
However, I was very unsure about one picture.

this called invisible recaptcha from developers POV: "reCAPTCHA v3 allows you to verify if an interaction is legitimate without any user interaction. It is a pure JavaScript API returning a score, giving you the ability to take action in the context of your site: for instance requiring additional factors of authentication, sending a post to moderation, or throttling bots that may be scraping content." https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/versions so most of the time real users won't need to answer a captcha. i have it working on my WP site & it eliminated most bots while letting actual users in. re having to be exact in the puzzle - if you make a mistake it just gives you another chance

if i'm editing i'll use PS but if viewing from a folder i use the older version of windows photo viewer which 1 click to 100% & back - also makes it much easier to compare similars
it also makes it easier to decide how much to downsize & which to use ai giga, etc (all of which i do in batches)

Hello Pete,
No, that's not what I mean. I'm thinking more of sites that sell products with purchased images. The images themselves are the main selling point - so they would have to be sold with an extended license or via API. Photo wallpapers, wall tattoos, photo puzzles and many other products already mentioned......
ok, i misunderstood - i thought you were saying digital products were being sold since the title is "any sales there" I've been selling on amazon for over 20 years (collectible comics & books) and have been waiting/hoping they'd provide a means for digital sales

I didn't think amazon supported digital delivery - how are these images being sold?

Where can you check your acceptance rate and rank as a seller? Thanks in advance for reply, cant figure out where to find tjose
I do not think Adobe shows you your acceptance rate, you have to keep track of that yourself. But your rank you can see on the upper left corner of your dashboard. You have to select a timeframe (week, month, year, all time) from the drop down menu and then it will show you your rank for that time.
weird - it shows rank for lifetime & this week, but not for month or this year do we know how many users are? my rank this week is about 9000 - month or year would be more useful lifetime won't change much, week is too random

..
Also for experienced producers, if the queue is a week, you can send in test batches from a series with different processing styles, see what Adobe prefers, then do the rest...
be careful here - AS doesn't like multiple filters on an image - they're considered similars - just submit 2-3

.... I'd worry too if they are sending you to their own bitcoin site, that they can get more than whatever costs you're paying upfront, since this might give them private banking info? It could wipe you out, and my understanding is that none of this stuff is traceable.
yes, there is the occasional legit offer. the other reason why i reply is to get their bitcoin 'site', then track it down to confirm it's a scam i use https://www.ssltrust.com/ssl-tools/website-security-check which checks a site over dozens of databases

1. I don't know what images Zero Talent sells on this site. He didn't provide any links to them. These may not be stock images.
I already told you that ALL my FAA photos are also sold on ALL my stock sites. Cascoly told you the same.
But you are stubborn and unwilling to change your prejudices, even when confronted with evidence screaming in your face. We already established that.
You can easily do a reverse search on many FAA photos and discover them on stock sites, but you are not willing to listen.
See below another example from a different contributor, selling his stock photos on FAA.
1. I was having a discussion with Cascoly, not with you. 2. I wrote to him about the time when you had not yet written what you were selling and explained the meaning of my posts. 3. Your opinion may be subjective regarding the artistic value of your photos.
more nonsensical replies - you can't even remember that you were replying to Zero well before i entered the conversation!

.... As for the NFT market, it is near $100 billion. You wont believe it, but besides scammers, there is a real market, deals, money.
irrelevant - no one claimed there was no profit in NFT
successful NFT come from those with means to advertise & promote.
i know it's useless to ask you this, but please show ONE successful NFT from a stock image.
legitimate NFT are comparable to self-hosted sites - they wither without substantial SEO investment & other marketing
The Fine Art America website is not only a stock image. I dont even know if there is a stock image on this site.
more obfuscation & ignorance (why am i not surprised?) first, i asked you to show any stock image that had been successful as NFT as you implied, which you avoided by answering with a non sequitur second, there are many, many hundreds of stock images on FAA - all of mine are (about 1500) and there are many others on both FAA &FB groups who do both

then, there are the 'legitimate' scammers willing to bilk their own followers, such as an indicted ex-president Former President Donald Trump has made between $100,001 and $1 million in income from NFTs, his new financial disclosure showed.
Trump last year announced his first NFT collection, a series of $99 digital trading cards featuring cartoon drawings of him in various heroic postures and outfits. {my emphasis} https://www.cnbc.com/2023/04/14/trump-made-a-bundle-of-cash-selling-nfts-financial-filings-show.html

i get 1 or 2 of these each month as comments on FB here's my std reply:
Which images & what price are you offering for the license to make NFT from my images? I do sell exclusive rights for NFT as long as the buyer takes complete control after I supply the images I also require a 30% deposit made to my paypal account.
I've been so disappointed that no one wants to take my generous offer! usually the scammer can't even name an image they want and try to get me to upload to their scammer site. i confirm that's an evil site & i then out them as a scammer ii my public reply (usually in an FAA group)

For some reason my AI pictures does not get reviewed for a week now. Neither accepted nor rejected. I upload daily and the last month I had every day reviewed images. Did something change this year? Or is it maybe because of personal shortage because of start of the year or something?
i haven't seen any difference between photos and ai images - both take a month or more
