I can't really see a phishing or other scam knowing you qualified for a free subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud and then creating a fake email that sends you to Adobe.

Well, Adobe and Pond always read it in, which is probably why I was thinking SS did too. Ech. Extra carpal tunnel.

I have always had to manually enter descriptions/keywords with video.
Ouch. Why do I forget this kind of thing every now and then? Another plus for Adobe and Pond. Thanks.

Or am I wrong? My titles and keywords aren't being imported.

I ordered the Edelkrome SliderOne V2 with the flex head. I'll let you know if that works better for my specific situation. I just wish the slide was longer.

I know (rejected direct) people who sell video in stocksy through other contributors, but they are sporadic sales. Is a photo site.
That would be a violation of co-op rules. Stocksy is not meant to be a agency for distributors.
Addictive for example
All members submit work they created or fully own.

Yes, there's an audible ... "clunk"... when it gets to the end. The ramping up and down is pretty ok, but there's just no way to stop it from going all the way to end.

Just a note for others, the Rhino ROV Pro Traveler doesn't seem to do what I need. With my 5d4 and 100mm macro, the included plastic ball head, and the way the carriage works with the app, I get an unusable shimmy/wiggle when the carriage hits the end of the run. No matter what the ramp down speed. The app doesn't let you stop anywhere you like, so it runs, slows down and then ka-thunks into the end of the run. If you could stop the carriage an inch away, it would probably be solved.
I'm sure it's great with wider lenses where something like that wouldn't be apparent, or when you aren't concerned with the end and just need the middle of the run.

You're obliged to participate and support the co-op. That can be done in different ways. We aren't currently worrying about "enough", because we voted to lift the membership cap last year, and aren't actively pruning the roster. Although the editing team is there to help you if you need a point in the right direction in what to shoot.

Thanks! I had seen that "slider", but it seemed that it's use scenario was really limited, as you said. I was hoping for something a little more flexible as far as inclines or outdoors went. Does it have to use a pretty lightweight camera?

Has anyone used one of these: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1484253-REG/gvm_gt_80wd_gvm_1_5d_motorized_video_slider.html ? I just got the Rhino Pro Traveler because I wanted to do some simple slider videos with props, but with my 5d on it, when it hits the end of the run, even at the longest ramp down, the momentum hitting the end causes it to jiggle a little. No nice slow and stop. And there's no way to not have it go end to end. The controls are ridiculously simple. I'm going to try a lighter lens to see if that helps, but I was just curious about the GVM.

They accept editorial. That's the point.

What was wrong is that buyers dont care about looking at an individuals site. Those that have niche content that is very valuable already have a way to sell.
I had regular customers that wanted to buy directly from me.
Sure, if you have regular customers. But buyers dont go about looking to buy from an individuals site if they dont already have a connection.

OKay - so what you are saying is you'd need marketing?
For niche content sellers - do you know what ways they sell?
No, I'm saying buyers don't care about buying from individuals unless there's something really really unique. They already have contacts that want their niche content.

I've learned enough the I could by myself pump out several hundred thousand new images each year if I want to.
How excruciatingly mind numbing that sounds. You'd burn out in no time. But seriously, how many "funny poses on white" or "guy in prisoner outfit" does the world need?

I really can't imagine you'd find four people, let alone 4,000. It's really hard to get buyers. And then once they download everything, they quit.

just curious, I don't know what Contract Withholdings and CC Fee is @Sean, can you explain please?
I assumed contract withholdings is their way of taking their cut. The fees is probably a portion of a buyer using a CC? Who knows.
