Lots of good copy space for a business card.
And there is an Electrical box and Electrical conduit and Electrical light.
You missed a few keywords, I think you should raise a ticket with CS to sort it out Grass (at the bottom) Light Bulb (convinently located at the intersection of the rule of 1/19th within the electric light) air (The photo isn't taken in outer space surely there is air in the photo) planet earth (I'm going out on a limb here and assuming its not on mars) proton (included in all atoms) higgs boson particle (I suppose someone would have to prove it's not contained within the atoms that make up the shed)

I had a HP netbook before. It was much cheaper than what I'm proposing here and although it was okay for web browsing (what it was designed to do) it wasn't even up to scrolling through photos from 5dmkII without annoying long pauses whilst loading. It died last time I tried loading photos onto it.

Thanks for the responses. The rumours are they're updating the Mac Pro line in the very near future. Top spec pro machine in an Mac Air case. The new Intel chips ship in April, Apple are typically first in line. I'll be upgrading for sure went Mac in 2007 and never looked back.
I like the sound of that, unfortunately (or fortunately) my next trip is in early april. In Australia the Zenbook is basically the same price as the macbook air. I've never owned an Asus. Any comments about their quality ? "What do you want to do with it? Sorry but that's an important part of the answer? Kind of like "What kind of car should I buy, I'm going on a trip next month" I'm travelling with backpack so compact is essential. The plan is to use it for loading and viewing files. Photo processing and web browsing. The specs of both of these two computers are better than my existing computer. (3 year old dell)

People here are giving it abit of a thumbs down.
I have a 5dMkII, I can't see anything to make me upgrade, but surely there are some positives to this new camera. Higher frame rate, better AF, better imaged quality, etc.
I'm surely not going to switch to nikon and buy 4 new lenses.
What is it missing with their offering ?
Less than 36MP No Swivel screen no 60fps at 1080 No eye control focus

I knew the eye control was BS

I do a lot of travel and I am looking at getting either a macbook air 11 inch or the ASUS 11inch Zenbook. I like the compact and light weight with some reasonable processing specs.
Any comments, suggestions or random abuse ?

I'd sell all my photos for 10x yearly earnings. All of them not cherry picking the best ones.

It's a completely dead site for me with 2500 images. I think Peter is good at heart but in my humble opinion the site will be gone in the not too distant future.
If costs are kept low it can easily keep going along.

Looks like I stand corrected, looks like people are shooting subatomic particles.
50mm F0.1 is the only lens for microstock.
Hold on why isn't everyone shooting medium format with lenses forged from strontium infused florite nano particles.

I think that something wrong if people are saying the canon 24-70L 2.8 is not good enough for microstock.
We're not taking photos of the Higgs Boson Partical here.

It doesn't matter that sites don't pay past XXXL, the benefit to having 45 megapixels is the ability to shoot at a higher ISO and then downsize to XXXL and get it approved, along with the ability to perform harsher post processing which can create noise and then downsize to bring back the quality and get it approved at XXXL. This is why I would be interested in such a high mp camera.
This could be the biggest nonsense you've ever written . You're going to buy a camera, that crams double the number of mpix on a sensor of the same size, which leads to a lot worse Hi-ISO performance, then you'll add another step in your workflow, just to get the same (or worse) result you would get straight out the camera on the 22 mpix model. Of course you'll pay double the price, to have double the work. That's just brilliant!
Your ignoring the possibility of improved sensor technology / noise reduction. How long does it take to resize a photo. 5 seconds. Hardly doubling your work.

almost all 25c: http://www.microstockgroup.com/veer-marketplace/veer-subscriptions-is-live/ "Were also proud of the fact that the standard subscription royalties were offering you are some of the highest in the industry."
Yeah right. Anyone from Veer want to give us the low down on the average they are paying out for a sub commission so far? Looks to me like it bears no resemblance to the fantasy scenarios they were throwing about in the older threads when their subs pricing was first being bought in.
Yes I agree with the fantasy scenarios. The period of calculating the royalities should be a week, that way we would get some of the benefit of weekends, public holidays. Ive had 25 cent ones and a single at $1.65

This shows how desperate IS with they arrogant promises to Getty (when they are choking StockXpert) how they will be they loud fart in the ass in process of feeding the new ThingSTCK wannabe beast. THINGstok'a expected from IS exaggerated GonG fart but they Get(ty) from IS only stinky silent Pffff of promised uploads to kill SS...
With this new royalties to exclusives they want to say. C'mon under our blanket, we all will do the silent Pffff fart so it will be much warmer and you brain certainly will not work reasonably, and thats what we are looking for...
Any how lets say good news but what I got from that when they are too much late with last month/s earnings. Or when you see the shameless man(agency) with blushed (pig) cheek, then I do not know how much they stole from me...
I can never understand what on earth you are on about. All these "iStock" comments and random rants just don't make sense to me. Can someone translate ?

Hello All,
You have 10.5 months to build up a solid portfolio. Why not look towards getting more than 50%, why set your sights so low?
Have faith in us and have faith in yourselves.
Our sales ARE growing, the question is, just how much we can grow in 10 months. We're adding video, another avenue for you to get even more credits download. More product lines are sure to follow.
We are not setting low targets for sales, we want to be able to make more than enough for everyone to share.
Price changes are very sensitive, we cannot just raise prices willy nilly. But we will take things under advisement and we'll improve from day to day.
Thank you very much,
Alex.
I can't see more than a handfull of contributors increasing from 50% I can't imagine that I could build my 123rf portfolio to get above 5,000 RC. 123rf makes 5% of my income per month. If I built my portfolio up to earn 5,000 RC on 123rf ie Approx $2,500 in my pocket from 123rf. I would be earning 100/5*$2,500 = $50,000 per year on microstock. 60% = 1 million RC's is that really a realistic goal ? or some unicorn you've got tied up in the back paddock. Who is earning half a million dollars on 123rf alone at the moment ? Sub values are way too low. Do we have to go through the same old process 1)Agency announce something really terrible 2) Everybody complains 3) agency improves the deal slightly 4) everybody goes wooyay thanks for listening The only fair thing is that you've given everybody lots of notice before the change. edited I made a mistake and thought it was 50,000 RC for 50%

Thanks 123rf can't wait for the paycut, thanks for rewarding us for supporting you and keeping you in business.
What was the point of the proposed grandfathering ?
Seems you learnt some dirty tricks from Istock ?
Very disappointed !!!!!!
I will need to consider whether to bother uploading to your agency as it makes up 5% of my earnings. My time may be better spent elsewhere.

With more of the background in this case it is making more sense. The issue is more complicated than it first appeared.
In general terms if your taking a photo of something you didn't arrange/create yourself. ie taking a landscape, architectural photo of popular landmarks etc then I don't think you have much hope in complaining about copying.
Unless you really go to some effort like renting a performing troupe of clowns to stand infront of the houses of parliment. (Can you hire politician's ?).
I'm not saying that I'd be happy if someone systematically copied my portfolio. Note to copiers spread your love around and you'll have less chance of being caught.
There are so many locations where every vantage point has already been shot. If I take a photo of say the Taj Mahl do I have to search every stock photo library and contact every professional photographer to check they haven't already taken a photo before me from the same spot.
I see more problems with the copying of ideas or concepts. eg house outlines made of tools gold fish jumping out of fish bowls chains and locks around money girl blowing dandilion pink piggie banks with people putting money in them, smashing with hammers etc.

probably in this case inspector just selected the wrong reason from the list
I would bet against that they just selected the wrong reason. This is an example that is repeated time and time again. They must have automatic software that flags images in your portfolio with the same or similar keywords.

This is my 6th year on istock and this month is my lowest earnings excluding my first month when I had 10 photos online.
Seems a bit strange
1) best match ? 2) Buyers left ? 3) Reporting bug ?
