Go to the image edit page. At the bottom there is a checkbox for each partner. Select the partners that you want your images to show up at automatically.

Then be sure to click the "Save advanced partner settings" button.  If you don't, the checked boxes won't be recorded.

But you need to made release statements first (for property and model release status). We cannot submit photos to our partners without these informations...

It`s simple: Please upload the eps-files first (only with FTP), after that you can upload jpg-files with the same filename and additional IPTC-Informations (Keywords, Titles ...) if you like.

We hope, that Age is starting in January 2011. We have to make keyword seperations first (german and english) and english translations for all german titles. This work needs some time for roundabout 400.000 photos. We think that the most partner agencies will start in January 2011 and the first sales reports will come in March/April 2011.

Zoonar presents a new partner in the partner management. After Picturemaxx, AGE/THP, Alamy and Fotofinder you can now also distribute your photos via DDP Images. DDP Images is the picture agency of the renowned news agency DDP which has its headquarters in Hamburg. Zoonar will supply DDP Images with stock photos, as an addition to already existing press and event photos. The photos will be sold in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmak and Norway. We will not supply DDP Images with press and event photos, because DDP already has an extensive selection of these photos. DDP Images will sell photos from all Zoonar price categories. We are very pleased about this new partner from our own hometown of Hamburg, and we might cooperate with them on some other level in the future.

Correct, the best is to opt-in only thoose files for alamy that are not avialable at alamy yet. So you can prevent double releases there.

I´m not sure if i understand you second question correctly, but all photos you are opt-in from zoonar to alamy are really going from zoonar to alamy. To have sells at alamy they have to be placed in the alamy search engine...

There is an automatic-release-button Do you find it? It`s  at "my profil / manage photos" at the bottom.

But you`re right: we will offer a faster way as alternative for photographers. But some works will stay forever, like Release-Settings (Model and Property Release), License- and Price-Settings and so far. These points are indispensable for distributing photos. 

We have a new partner for microstockphotos too, but i don`t want to tell names bevor the contract is realy signed. So please wait 2-4 weeks. We are also have negotiations with some more interested partners and hopes to find 2-3 additional partners for each price level at zoonar. That`s a good way to get more revenues but i think the best way is to have a good growth rate in the own sales. And we reale have it since our relaunch in may 2010!

Polylooks was a content-partner but also a competitor on the german market. Every coin has two sides...

We only have a price update for RF (+100%) and for our merchandising-licence (+100%). Costumers can`t combine RF and Merchandising-Licences. So, if you need a photo for a special using, you need to negotiate the price and licence with zoonar or directly with the photographer (our "negotiation-tool"). Our RF-Licence is not able for commercial usings like resell products etc. Only with the merchandising-licence you can use photos for resell products. The standard-licence and the merchandising licence has a restriction to max. 5 million photos, A2 size and 3 years. Everything else is a matter of negotiation.

Yes, you can opt in. We don`t gives photos automatically to partners.

Just to inform you: Zoonar now offers Alamy as a new option in the partner control for photos in the price categories normal and premium. A new partner for all microstock photos is also in the implementation process. We will communicate right here when we have finished the inclusion.  

If you are a Microstock-Photographer you should choose the combination:

Polylooks and Picturemaxx/APIS/DFJV

It makes no sense to offer Photos at Fotofinder for 150,00 Euro and more, if they are in sale at other agencys for 0,50 Euros. The combination Picturemaxx/APIS/DFJV and Fotofinder is for all your "normal pricing" Fotos like you have at Alamy, Corbis and so far... APIS and Fotofinder is also a good choose for editorial Photos. Polylooks is RF-Licence, you can`t sell editorial Photos there.

Picturemaxx is a good choose for EVERY Price and Licence-category at Zoonar, because it is for free. We are not taking every Photo to this Partner (some are rejected) but you don`t have to pay for that additional service and we have good sales there. There are many Agencys who don`t offer the Picturemaxx-Network-Portal for free...

We have also fixed some bugs from the colour import management. I hope the colours are well now.

The connection problems should be fixed after our actual 15-Cent-Offer. We have a great amount of uploads now, that`s why the servers are very busy. Please also note: you can`t submit Vectors to Polylooks with the current Zoonar partner management system. So you can`t get the 15-Cents for Vectors. But you can sell Vectors at Zoonar and we hope to offer vector-Partner-Export soon !

That`s right, RM has more restrictions then RF. That`s why you pay more for RF (+100%) at zoonar. But there is no reason not to sold a photo one time with RM and later to another costumer with RF. Every costumer gets the Licence he need. The RM restrictions at zoonar are not disable RF-Sales at Zoonar. There are no "restriction-conflicts". For example: One user needs a photo just for german speaking countries. He buy a RM-Licence and can use this photo once in this region. Another User can buy the same Photo with RF-Licence and use this photo worldwide. But he have to pay more for this Licence. That is no problem.

The only Problem is: You can`t offer Photos, that you have at other agencys with RM-Licence in RF-Licence at Zoonar (or anywhere else in RF). That`s why RF is only an additional option at zoonar. But our RM-Licences didn`t contain rights that`s disabled RF sales anywhere...

For RF-Licence the buyers pay +100% ... All Prices you see are just RM. So we are a little bit more expansive than other microstocks.

RM is a single licence for only ONE using. RF is for more then one Usings (there are some restrictions too, RF don`t means that the customers can do what they want. But that is normal business in all photo agencys).

I promise that we implement some more Licence-Informations direct into the site (Picture-Detail-Site, Sale-Process). The new Merchandising Licence (+100%) has to be better explained too. In these days after the Relaunch there is a lot to do for our developers team.

The Zoonar-RM-Licence is a tlittle different to other agencys. You can enable RF, but you can`t disable RM. Many Photographers are astonished about that first.

We don`t offer any exklusiv RM-Licences or stoppages of photo sellings for a time. That`s why our RM Licence is NEVER be in conflict with other RF-Licences at zoonar or anywhere else. So you can sell all RF-Photos at Zoonar with RM too without having problems with other photo agencys. Our RM only means "one using". Nothing more.

But you should not enable RF at Zoonar (or somewhere else) if you the have same Photos at RM-Licence in other picture agencys. Because most agencys offer exclusiv usings with RM-Licenses and a RF-Licence can never be used exclusive...

No we`re working hand in hand with Murphy himself (Murphys law, you know him). This day zoonar is some hours online. Then we are offline again at 14-15 pm (eureopean time). This Thursday evening (european time) the site should be online again and we hope that we can stay online then without more offline times. If all works well and Murphy has a good day ftp uplaod is implement after that...

Information for all photographers who are waiting for Polylooks inquirys:

Zoonar didn`t use automatically translations like many agencys, because we are not happy with the quality of that keywording results. We make manual translations and keywordings with many "man-power". That`s why some photos needs longer than others. Photos of isolated objects, flowers or christmas bells, for example, are mostly fast through the process. Photos with Peoples or symbolic content often needs more time. Also photos with too many wrong keywords will needs more time because we put this photos at the end of the line.

We want to make a good german keywording, because we and you will have more sales in the future if we do that (especially if you set free your photos also for picturemaxx/APIS)

We have three new employees for the keywordings process now, but some of then have to learn the process first. I think we will go on much faster in some days...

Zoonar has an good increasing sales rate, but we are a newcomer. You will have more less sales than at agencys in the Top 10 now. That`s why we pay for photos as an incentive for photographers to give us a try. If you make a balance after one year you should have a fair hourly rate because we try to make the working time for photographers as low as possible...

It also depends on the keywords. Some photos takes longer because we have to delete wrong keywords. And some needs longer because we have to write a lot of german keywords. We try to make manual (!) translations and keywording in german language. This needs some more time but it can help to make more money later. Especially if you set free your photos for picturemaxx/APIS too where the german magazin editors gets their photos...

We also have three new employees yet for that Content-Aktion, but they have to learn the work first. They will be faster in some days (i hope).

Here is our actually price system. You can see, that "normal" ist much to expansive for microstockers. The wording "normal" is from another time, today microstock is also a normal level. That`s why we`ll rename these three levels after relaunch and also build a new pricing system with a new merchadising-license but cheaper prices.

I`m no dreamer. We never will reach incomes like istock, shutterstock or other from the big 5. But i`m sure that the combination of polylooks, zoonar and picturemaxx will generate enough money so thats worthwhile to put photos to us. And we will search some more partners for you. The submitting process is easy and fast. We hope to offer 1-2 more partners so it will be surely effectiv to use zoonar as additional stock when you get "4 or 5 one one strike".

Zoonar will make a complete site relaunch in mai/juni 2010. After that we start a marceting campaign. I`m sure that our good expansion rates will go on. But they will not reach the big 5.

That`s a realistic view i think.

Please notice: We offer Moneybookers as additional payoff service for russian (and from other countries) photographers who don`t use PayPal or can`t use PayPal there. Moneybookers will implemet in 3-5 weeks (maybe earlier but i don`t want to promise yet).

The Sales from Polylooks comes to the beginning of every new month for the last month. That`s important, because many photographers write to our support: "I saw a load at polylooks but don`t get any money yet".

Sales from zoonar are booked every day "live". To increase the sales from zoonar please set free your photos for picturemaxx/apis too. That`s the biggest german editors database and it`s free for you to put the photos there with zoonar.

That`s because you use "Standard", but please use "discount" if you are a microstock photographer. Here some more informations about the zoonar pricing:

We have three price levels like the global photo market have. Premium is macrostock (like alamy), normal is midstock (like many midprice agencys) and "discount " is our microstock area. We did this because we had the idea that costumers dont like "agency hopping". They can compare qualities and prices in one agency direct and make a mixed price calculation. The same is for photographers. Many stock pros also have microstock or macrostock photos and want to make a mixed price portfolio to look what sells givs best revenues. By the way zoonar gives up to 80%, the highest rate at the photo market.

We will revise our price system with our relaunch in mai 2010, but the three levels will stay on, because we like this concept. There will be a new "merchandising license" for costumers and a smaler price level for normal photo usings (a little bit nearer then other microstocks). But we will stay a little bit more expansive, because we are no pure microstock. we also think that it makes no sense to compete with the big 5 microstocks with same concepts. If you want to have a change on the tough market you have to go a new own way.

Another please: Use the price level "discount" when you put set free photos to polylooks or sell them by another microstocks. the price level "normal" is midstock and much more expensive...

No sorry, Polylooks accept them, if you register direct. Zoonar gets Vectors in Q3 2010 after Site-Relaunch.
