I'm seeing things on the map, but when I try to view sales it fluctuates between 1 or 9 - neither of which are correct, so I guess they will fix it eventually.
I checked the SS forums and it looks to be a widespread issue.
The same here. I have several subs and one Sod. They come and go... come and go ...come and go.

Did you put your correct birth date and month, but forget to change the year from 2017. It's an easy mistake to make and the system would assume you're under 18. Probably not, but just thinking of potential reasons why you'd get such a message.
Yes, highly probably you got reason: should I get did a mistake with the year of birth date.

I tried access to my account as contributor (with fotolia credentials). A message told me that I must have to reset my password due an anomalous traffic around my account. they send me a link. Password resetted. New access with new password and they show me a form were I must insert my birth date; I did and the page told me: Access denied "You are not elegible to use this product or service due to the Service Usage Requirements".
I can in Fotolia but i can't in Adobe Stock?
Anybody can help me?

Thank you Matt, as soon as possible I will try to do it. Unfortunately my english is not good enough to talk about problems like this. Do you know if exist an Adobe Stock contributor support that speak italian?  Meantime I wrote to the italian team of Fotolia but they did not could help me. Thank you again Giorgio

Hi, i'm happy with my first stats (I started in May 2017)... It's encouraging to see people buying my photos that were sleeping in my hard drive!

AS, 150 pics, 14 dl
IS, 300 pics, it said 3 dl but it's not clear...

I think it's a nice start is not it? For me, AS is the place to be ;-)
with such stats i imagine your folio....really I'm still puzzled why agency accept portfolio that clearly are not brilliant...what's the point of adding infinitely portfolio who doesn't add anything to the industry but only manage to "steal" some sales for other contributor?
they want rf to have only amateur? because this is the way industry is going and is reflected by the quality of new submission.
