In my case during interview for a contracting i was requested to shut down all online shops and portfolios. If for me it was a condition for future contract, for him it was a consequence of HR research about him.

I think it is different. By how it works. In this case it can be more controllable. And it is not only that you brought a photographer to the site then receive referral money. This is a common reference share as i understood. He wants to put in a ref program just every sale made by you or through your outlet, not only from photographer which you invitedto the site. Again brainshtorming on MSG...

First impression - interface ok but to update the order of keywords i would prefer to have a miltiline field with possibility to drag&drop keywords inside and to see all keywords in the same time. No scrolling, which takes a lot of time. This is for desktop, for mobile devices this part will depend from screen size of course. Anyway, and this too can be automated because you have statistics. User can update a little. Can be an optional function to be enabled/disabled by user.
For now i gave up to drag/drop/scroll - it takes too much time.
Categories - why not to give one default category? From Adobe or selected by user?

For all time they accepted only few images with effects from me. I didn't like the type of images exactly which they accepted usually. I noticed that "practice" with only one type of images affects my work with clients and i found other ways to sell images and other images. Feeling myself more free. About effects usage - with ss i had always feeling that they defined a "niche" for everybody and attempt to do something different only creates rejections.

For now all  "revolutionary" technologies or are on theoretical / working concept stage or can give something usable for web only. Greeting all new, i will keep DSLR for normal and big printable works. Clients prefer clean sharp images when they pay real money.

DT is alive, but their policy regarding model releases is strange and i take this case as personal, they do not accept any model release. All the years. Their reason is strange - nationalities and countries of model AND photographer should match (they didn't accept release given even at Yuri workshop in Aarhus - participants remember?). The same copy of release was accepted by all agencies and for other models no problems with releases. They don't sell good enough to do exclisive shots for them only.

BTW there is a commercial value. This photo is a perfect match for some blogs, i saw articles exactly related to collection of pieces of glass on beaches!

I always had thoughts that some agencies can be involved in regular leaking of highres photos. There can be some reasons.

The dream for consumers it is to have from a small piece results of DSLR quality, with which they can play after, or use directly. It is not there yet, but will come. And many physical limitations of a small piece will keep market of DSLR alive very long time more, but shrinked. And current smartphones are very good often because user will never see at 100% on his screen. Small prints hide the problems too. Anyway i will not risk to shoot wedding with a smartphone, but often provide such photos additionally if quality is acceptable.

Don't forget about contract. They or you are clients first of all. I include in contract even level of retouching, because for every wedding complexity of work is different. Nobody is perfect, but clients want "enhanced reality". We do our best, and happy smile has its value, for sure. Price is always calculated as "tailor-made service", and proposed packages serve only for general orientation. Every case is different. Conditions from client are different too, and there should be a balance, protecting both sides. Example: request to shoot video non-stop during several hours is something what should not be requested if you want to hire just one person for affordable reportage.

Agencies and contributors have different "meaning of life". After that everything is predictable.

Just i can guess that in their search query (the real one on backend) there are some conditions in code, then the result is sorted according to these conditions and presented to viewers (and viewers can be selected too - by any condition, location, company/partner etc). Some companies generate false views/reads of records with help of bots or hired followers, with different geographical locations.
Anyway we cannot see exactly their kitchen to proof something. May be these are really good images

Some days ago discovered that ss does not allow anymore to change (make lower) payout sum, and demand to contact support. Contacted. Still no answer. Probably they wait for end of month.

Thank you for finding. The file in question started to return from first days in other places, it is better to delete than keep it in free section. Other files are not sold so active, but anyway, nothing to expect from these files for me at FT

FYI - it is warning for all to check, and i repeat - i didn't click that option to change, it was "no" when i sent the file.
Fact that there is probability 0 may be ok, but contributor only should decide to give something for free or not.
If you rent your apartment using service of agency and they let it for somebody for free will you be ok with that? Sure no.
