From 15-20 downloads a day, to 1 or 0 the last three days, I have even disappeared some downloads from the previous day. What an inadequate way to communicate these changes, they have created confusion and unease.

My guess is, they charge 1 whatever currency is used to pay for an image, and then convert it to $. For example, I had 1 sale, and it was listed as 0,39$. So, for 1 I get 0,35, which converted to $ is 0,39$
That is, exactly.

Agencies have only one purpose: to make money. It is absurd to think that they will take care of the artists if they find it more profitable not to do so.
The only way to change them is to make them change through the competition. They need profit margins to give dividends to their investors.
If we create a new agency, a cooperative with 100, 200, 1,000 members where each one contributes $ 100 or $ 500 and owns shares of the company, and its goal is not to make money as an agency, but as photographers, cameramen, illustrators .. And all that is earned is reinvested in the create of a online platform, paying commercials that find large clients, investing in advertising. We would not even have to worry about creating the company, we can hire a small group of people who program the platform, manage it and make the daily executive decisions, and thanks to the digital platforms the investment partners - US - supervise and guide our CEO.
In this way, we could compete with the big agencies because we do not seek the benefit, but only pay fair commissions to the artists.

It works for me. The funny thing is that I've been sending emails to close my account for a couple of weeks and I don't receive an answer.

I have stopped uploading photos this month to 123, I will leave my portfolio there but from this month I will ignore this agency, an outdated website, eternal review times and just $ 5 / month with more than 20k images ... in a couple of days I will talk in my blog about it in the monthly summary!

oscarcwilliams, do you give away your work? Why don't you upload your entire portfolio to free sites? Surely it serves as inspiration for many others. Or you may want to charge some money for your work. Just maybe.

December has already dropped somewhat on average, January in SS is quite low but adobe a little better than December, for a portfolio of 20k images.

In this cases, if are salable photos, try to eliminate noise using PS and reduce the size of the photo 3500px x 3500px for example, and upload it again. If it's a photo so similar to the other, it's not worth the time, just let it go.

I think they have a problem with the gmt time of the server, if your time is different from what they have they will give problems. I have verified that if you allow FTP upload and reupload the same file it finally appears.
What I don't get is that after two months they review my pending files in my portfolio ....

Go for Alamy, upload process is very simple and fast, effortless, and you can get a sale for many $$ with some luck. And if not, you will hardly have lost 5 minutes.
I like Alamy but I find the upload process is far from effortless.....whats your secret?
I simply upload my files by ftp, I don't go to the web at all. I don't bother to put the supertags ...

Hello everyone, I have humbly prepared a small review of my earnings and progress in detail in December and more generally in all of 2019. It is a site in Spanish, which you can easily translate with google translator.

65% of my income as a professional photographer comes from stock, the rest comes from orders in social photography and reports. Lark, try to work with models regularly and eventually you gain confidence with them and friendship. Also look for a videographer / photographer to complement you in those sessions and become your partner. I do. I can work long hours in some periods and then I can do nothing for months. I am very satisfied financially at the moment. But what will be in the future - who knows? I feel free and independent. The only disadvantage is working alone at home. I feel very isolated. Not only that it limits my social contacts but most people cannot understand at all what I am doing and I cannot speak with anyone except with my close relatives about my work which is a substantial part of my life. I live in two separate dimensions - one is online in Internet and the other is my real life. And they do not cross each other except in my mind.

Great, but I just don't see the utility of searching by ID. I do not understand where is the difficulty in which we can search by keywords, it is simply coding a query to the database, the basic of mysql!
