I just uploaded a few images today (Friday) in hopes they would be approved by sunday and live on Monday. Well, they approved the images in less than 8 hours on Friday night? whats the deal, reviewers on meth? going live on Saturday usually doesn't bode well for images. Oh well, better luck next time, in the Shutterstock image placement raffle. Same happened here! I thought I read somewhere that they only review during business hours Mon-Fri. So annoying!

This is one of the most rewarding and enjoyable things I've ever done.  I shot a lot of photos before I ever got paid for any of them and would continue to take pictures if I never received another penny because I love it. I work in a variety of categories and basically shoot what I'm interested in at the time.

Congratulations!  They were the first agency I signed up with several months ago and I have a good feeling about the future. Wonderful to hear images are starting to sell and for that amount. Amazing!

Of the nine agencies I've signed up with in the last few months, BigStock is by far the least impressive. Un-user friendly website interface (everything seems hidden), very bad over-compressed thumbnails and previews with color leached out, super long review times. I'm ready to dump them already. Should I give them six months?

I have the 21" Apple Cinema HD Display with a Mac PPC G4. My operating system (os x) came with system preferences which included advanced calibration software for the monitor which was very easy to use. Not sure how calibration would work with a PC.
I LOVE the monitor and it has been flawless for about 5 years now. It was my first LCD. Doesn't IS use these monitors for inspection?

There was a dry spell over the weekend but things seem to be back on track now. There were a couple of sales just after midnight today but they didn't have the subscription icon. IS is also my top earner at this time.
