"If your images are already online at microstock agencies (low RF prices, credits, subscriptions...) they should come under our LBRF (Low Budget Royalty Free) license, the most appropriate market for those images. Our brand LBRF is named easyFotostock. This license doesnt require image exclusivity, therefore, your images can be marketed by as many other agencies as you like."

You just have another proof that you're wasting time on writing to DP... They just don't care what you think. How many more poeple need how many more proofs?
I think there are better ways to spend time, like making new images for normal agencies or own marketing for your work...

I don't know what is their reason and I'm not sure if they know that... I had problem with reaching last $3 for few weeks after this all situation... So I quite believe Mantis calculations to be correct

One more time...
DP: "The websites you mentioned are not our re-sellers. They use our images along with images from another photostock illegally since the images are used with the watermarks. We will contact the website that use your images illegally and warn them regarding copyright infringement."
PopScreen Team: "Yes, we are an affiliate/partner of most major stock agencies including Getty, iStock, Depositphotos, Shutterstock, etc. We help these agencies promote the photos they license to potential customers that visit our web site."
And it's after over 30 days when DP promised: 17 Feb.: "I cannot tell you the exact time, it make take up to one month. Your portfolio will be removed from our partner programs and API re-seller sites as soon as possible. "
20 March: "Your portfolio was removed from all partner programs."
I asked them to send me list of all partners and resellers... Waiting.

I have hundreds of images ready in queue to upload to VEER (50/week limit)... All my images will eventually be uploaded there, only it'll happen several months later than at other agencies => losing out on sales, both agency and me. Plus over one month waiting for review?

In last about 6 months (or maybe year now) DT accept 90-100%. Similarities are good for them too. Changes, big changes here and I wouldn't say it's going right way... I don't see more $ because of acceptance rate. iStock symptom? Is that how big micro agency ends? Ps. "7,000 Uploads left this week" for me...

But FB site is alive... and many images from DP... Oh boy https://www.facebook.com/pages/Dekorowalniapl/425039087532467Edit. I just got newsletter email with info, that they (DP) started new afiliate program, and if I (re-seller) want to earn more money this way, I have to open new account... So... more of your images will be in the world... New ways, new accounts, new sites... Yupi? Lucky you? DP what are you doing?!! I just got telephone from owner of dekorowalnia... He's asking me what to do, beacause he has problems with DP. He is their API seller, they forget that, they want some codes to prove it! DP API seller has to prove it to DP?! He's honest man that want's to work clear and fair. He can't understand what's going on just like we can't... Amazing! Congrats DP! Who has the control over images?

You want to Age p s?
Asked: Do you sell images through partners and re-sellers and do I have option opt in/ opt out?
"Please be aware that our images collections are distributed worldwide through an extensive network of agents, in addition to our direct representation within Spain, France and the USA. Photographers dont have the option of choosing to be included or excluded from an agent."
Btw, they want Color Space: Adobe RGB 1998

I just sent Veer e-mail asking if anything's changed with respect to opting out of partner sales - and if not, to take my payout at the end of the month and close my account. They're handling the closure - there's no opt out - and say it'll take 90 days to get my images removed from all sites. And I am OPT OUT - I closed my account a month ago, right after their reply for my email http://www.microstockgroup.com/veer-marketplace/veer-reseller-api/msg365516/#msg365516I still can't understand why people upload images to agencies that give images away (through PP) without our permition... No respect - no images! No images - no agency!

And... if you click on thumbnail you are moved to DP site and you can buy that image... upsss, something is not clear here,... someone is dishonest here... Btw. Tomorrow I'll reach my $50 and I'm away, far, far away from them! I wonder if they are a partner of a partner perhaps? DP sends to Shotshop. Shotshop sends to _______________. You mean... some kind of ... inception?

The Polish site link you gave mapped to their home page, so I couldn't see your image there. Because I put link to home page not to my image

... These are the sites if you want to check for your photos: Samphotostock, Viewphotos.ru, stock.chroma.pl, dekorowalnia.pl, fototapetygdansk.pl, microfotos.com I asked DP if this is partner site and here's the reply: "I have checked the links you sent. Popscreen website (http://www.popscreen.com/... my image) uses your image illegally. We contacted with the website management and warn them regarding a copyright infringement. As for the second link (http://fototapetygdansk.pl... my image) the image is used with Stock Image watermark. The image was stolen from the istockphoto website (www.istockphoto.com) and the image is used illegally as well. These wesites are not our partners."You better check this sites out!

Am I correct that long time ago Dreamstime had one day in a year with 100% fot authors? Yes, it would be nice if any stock agency do that, but please, not friday - sunday!

But now they become as absurd and irrational as IS or SS if it comes to rejection reasons. For me, absurd is when stockers upload to many similiar images from the same session and are angry because some Normal agency doesn't accept everything... In other thread we read that agencies accept all, everything that they can... and this is wrong, bad and should not be... Come on guys... Be serious, please! Btw. I just got accepted almost 900 files and 15 was rejected becouse of other reasons. So I don't think we can compare P5 to iS or SS
